Wow what a crap show! I pulled up to the drive thru and there was a few cars in line that had already ordered. The lady that was taking orders cut the machine off from taking my order and I sat there for like five minutes. I yelled hello with no response and when it quieted down(her mic was unmuted the entire time) I said hello a few more times and was finally able to get my order taken after another car had pulled up in the lane beside me and ordered before me. I had to pull up to wait for my food and when I was next up in line the person bringing out food brought several orders at once, and started from the BACK of the line. She was clearly confused about who had what, as each car she stopped to was another two minute conversation. I finally got my food and will not be returning to this location ever again. I rarely eat fast food so this is disappointing especially since I used to be a food service worker myself. Also the McDouble was just plain full of ketchup? Someone else is gonna be more disappointed than me. Probably a good thing I got it though cause there’s a few onions that got stuck on here somehow and whoever ordered the McDouble plain with lnly ketchup could have had an allergy. Should have checked the recent reviews about someone having a bite of their hash brown in their bag when they got their food, and I never would have tried this location out.

Johnnie at the first window was so charismatic and fun! He made my trip to McDonald’s great today! Even though they had to remake my sandwich due to the bacon missing. It didn’t really upset me cause my interaction with Johnnie uplifted me! Also the manager made a full replacement sandwich. Thanks team!

The morning workers are great! Amazing! They never forget anything on your order. I love going there in the A.M.
The night shift workers are rude, and dismissive. They are constantly forgetting items from my order. The customer service at night is just terrible. They also ignore their drive-thru customers to avoid servicing them to close early.
I’ve submitted a customer care claim already about the service. Hopefully I can get my money back. Even if it’s a couple dollars, it’s the principle!

Oh my goodness it has been so long since I’ve been to a McDonald’s where competent people work, where they’re providing good customer service and they have delicious fries.
Like I haven’t had GOOD McDonald’s fries in so long and this place nailed it!
The customer service was on point. They were were cheerful everyone was doing their job, they were accommodating AND my fries were HOT and they TASTED SO GOOD and they had the PERFECT amount of CRUNCH. Oh my goodness, yummy!
Somebody give these McDonald’s workers a raise (I was there Friday at noon, those guys) because they deserve it.
If you’re looking for a good McDonald’s this one is the One.

Terrible service. Orders constantly being lost, drive thru doesn’t move, going inside is no better. Dinner rush is the worst, you can easily wait 30 minutes for a $10 meal. Do yourself a favor and go to the Burger King nearby.. maybe they won’t waste your time.

Visited on a Thursday evening. I gave my kids pick of any fast food and they chose this, partly because they wanted a toy.
I ordered two happy meals with burgers, one with mustard only and apple slices, one with ketchup and pickles and double fries. After waiting a REALLY long time (like 25-30 minutes) we got our order and went home. In the bag were two happy meals, one with no toppings and one fry. One with ketchup and one fry. My kids were pretty upset and I can happily say that we gave McDonalds one last chance and will not be returning. As for the toys, since it was October they got a stupid plastic bucket instead of a toy.
Never again. Such a waste of money.

A woman presumably visiting someone working there is standing in front of the pickup counter with her 6 month old child sitting on top of it. When I stood nearby awaiting a pickup she looked at me like this:
You’d have thought a bean stalk sprouted from my head.
After mingling with her bestie, the employee getting chummy looks me dead in the eyes, then walks back behind the faux wall. I waited for another good 5 minutes before a different employee comes to the front (where, mind you, a good 3-4 people are standing waiting for their order) and proceeds to help the DoorDash driver that had just walked in. It seemed like she knew him.
Hilariously bad, even for fast food. Just go to the one near target. Enough said.

Door says the dining room opens at 5am. Google says they open at 5am.
I walked there from the bus stop about a block down, wading my way through unplowed sidewalks. It’s 7 degrees outside. When i get there at 6:30am, doors are locked.
That’s downright evil. Update your hours or honor them.

Went on Thanksgiving around 1-1:30 and I was the second person in the drive through. Okay not bad but I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and someone else pulled up and got their order before me. Cancelled my mobile order and drove off. Bad service
