I went there just now in the morning.
Walked in and 20 people behind the counter just looked at me and didn’t greet me or anything.
Then after 5 minutes someone said counter..
Then again 20 people behind the counter didn’t help.
Then finally after 7 minutes a dude came to take my order.
I was upset there’s no customer service anymore and complained why didn’t anyone greet me or say anything..
Then a manager came to help and I didn’t want anything from that place because how dirty it was and lack of customer service.
Horrible place and experience.
Theres no customer service anymore.
If someone would have just said sir someone will be with you in a minute..
Things would have went much smoother..
But when a customer comes in and every employee just looks and doesn’t say anything that’s bullshit

I’m sorry to say that I have never had a good experience at this location, no matter the time of day! The wait times are always exceedingly long with nobody in the drive-thru to explain the reason why, the folks who take your order barely ever greet you and act like you’re burdening them with your visit, and while you’re waiting, the staff inside actively hides when the wait is getting too long. I cannot recommend this stop!

This was by far the most disgusting fast food experience we’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot. One of the items was wrong — despite correcting the person taking the order twice. They seemed offended when we mentioned it. We opened the food to find all of the burgers completely covered in ketchup, with the toppings not even on them, just sort of wrapped up next to them. The food seemed like someone picked it up off the floor. We didn’t even feel safe eating it. They forgot the sauce for the nuggets, and didn’t give us any napkins.

I don’t like to complain because I’ve worked fast food I know how hard it can be. But every time I go there bad experience I only go because my kids love Mc Donald’s and it’s the closest to my home. Today go there for dinner all our food was cold also tasted like it sat for a good hour ♀️

While the food is hot and fresh, the employees do NOT gaf about you or your order. They gave my food to the wrong person, then proceeded to take it back and give it to me. Really sketchy. Im definitely NOT lovin it.

Was ordering food in the drive through and Tatiana, who was taking my order, cut me off several times mid-sentence during my order, she took orders from four cars at the other drive through who were people that arrived after me; after several minutes of me saying “hello” into the intercom, she didn’t let me finalize my order, and told me to just pull up because there is a line behind me. Her tone was very rude and unprofessional.

It’s McDonald’s, it’s junk food, you wait in line for your order. These are assumed, so they’re not playing into my review.
First, I go out of my way to go to this McDonald’s instead of the one nearest to me on Michigan. The line is always shorter, the staff exponentially more friendly, and there’s a significantly higher chance of your order being correct.
I have had staff go above and beyond to make things go well – refreshing fries without me even asking (it’s literally junk food, I wouldn’t care, but I hugely see and appreciate the gesture!), always patient with guests who may have trouble ordering, and always clean and well kept.
Post-retirement and right before her passing, my first service dog struggled to eat much; I’ll always remember and appreciate our late night sneaky drive thru trips away from the other pups. Thank you for taking care of us so well. Thank you for going above and beyond.
It is worth the extra five minutes on the trip to go out of the way and indulge in a little junk food snack

(21st of April, 2025, 11:47 AM) My Mom had taken me here for lunch, because I injured my back at school and needed the heating pad at home. We went through the drive through, and when we had gotten our food, we went home because I was in pain. I had gotten a McChicken meal with chicken nuggets. The fries were cold. I also looked at the sandwich tag, as I always do, and it said light shredded lettuce, when we had clearly asked for light mayo.
On December 19th, 2024, we had also gone for breakfast before school, and I had ordered a Sausage McMuffin with no egg or cheese, because I don’t like ham or egg sandwiches. They had given me a ham and egg sandwich, the person at the drive-through taking orders told my mom that she “had to order her steak and egg bagel well-done” in a condescending voice (it’s McDonald’s, not a fancy restaurant, you don’t get to choose how your steak is done, and in terms of taste, the customer is always right), and severely watered down my sister’s orange juice until there was no actual flavor and only the color. This was the same person at the drive-through as today.
They’ve also added ice to my family’s drinks (the ones that were supposed to be without ice) multiple times.

I do not a frequently support any McDonalds. With kids though, I do take them once in a while. Grandparents take them so they are hyper aware of their marketing. They have nicknames for different locations throughout town like “bug McDonalds”, “dirty McDonald’s” and this particular location the “bad McDonald’s”. Today’s mobile order took 20+ minutes to be brought out, the wrong frozen drink (the entire purpose of this trip as a “reward” for being brave at the doctors office), no sauce for nuggets, no straws and the wrong chicken sandwich. I’m going to side with the kids on this ones nickname.
