So I ordered my food on the app got it delivered and I’m missing my six piece happy meal. I did call them. They told me that they would replace it. Then I got the rest of my food to look at, and I got the double fillet with a large fry and a large drink. They gave me one fish patty with a half cut of cheese and a tiny bit of tartar sauce. The fries weren’t even good. They were cold. The only thing that was good out of this whole entire meal that I ordered was the pop. I am so frustrated. When you make food for somebody, you should look at it and you should ask yourself would I eat this?

Food was terribly cold, i got a caramel iced coffee extra caramel (i payed the 30 cent for) they put the caramel around the sides of the cup so i tasted not a lick of caramel. french fries were flimsy. filet o fish was very soft like it had been sitting out. i am not pleased at all. very angry i could not go back since i had to go to work.

A few of the times I’ve gotten a McFlurry, they’ve given it to me unblended. I’ve never had this happen at another McDonald’s. If the machine is broken, could you not just say? I understand things happen. If I wanted just ice cream with a topping I would’ve ordered a sundae. This time it was also only half full, and I got no spoon or napkins. So not mixed, and without a utensil to mix it with.

We ordered food, my wife and I. We ordered burgers, and my wife is allergic to dairy, so she specifically ordered her burger without cheese. Of course, the burger arrived with cheese on it.
On top of that, we ordered 3 cups of Coke, and all three arrived like this.
We paid $70 for this garbage. Completely unacceptable.

I’ve had very positive experiences at this McDonald’s with my kids! Thanks to the staff for going out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Your kindness and service is noticed and appreciated! One time my daughter asked for an ice cream and I told her “not today.” An employee heard this and came out with a surprise free cone. Her face lit up! Thank you!!

Waited for 25 minutes at 11pm just for three cars to move thru the window that’s it. By the time I got my food I waited 35 minutes and it was damn near ice cold. Complete waste of money. Definitely wouldn’t recommend going to this location. Came here like 6 months ago and it was the same exact way. Not convinced that the owner even cares at this point as I’m looking at all the other reviews from months to years ago and it doesn’t seem like they wanna do anything more than give you a coupon and say their sorry just for it to happen again. Sorry is just getting old at this point… actions speak louder than words.

The cashier was SO nice. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from the girl running the window, though. We’re sitting there for 5 mins at the window watching her pack a delivery order, then she reads the ticket wrong and gives us the wrong items after we wait. When we try to get her to fix it (it was TWO ITEMS), she tries to make us “go back through the line because I’m not about to argue with you” after claiming she got it right. I looked at my receipt later and shocker, I was right. I literally have never commented on a SPECIFIC person like this, but that girl needs to be fired like yesterday.

Food was hot and fresh but was the pattys didn’t get seasoned. The older gentleman working both windows around 10pm is very nice. Also employees should know smoking right next to an entrance is a health safety code violation, sitting on the sidewalk infront of the lobby doors doesn’t seem like a good place for it especially when that’s the first thing you see pulling in. The older gentleman is the only nice thing I have to say about this place sadly. Maybe if they will get some new people in there to help him out it would be a good McDonald’s to go to.

Not sure of her name but I just watched what I’m assuming is a manager in a dark blue shirt ( glasses and long dark brown hair) help a gentleman with his order on the kiosk without hesitation and that shows me where they stand with customer service here and it’s amazing! 6 stars if I could for sure!
