Stopped to grab something for work. Just under $10 for a two cheeseburger meal. This is what I found.
I was cordial and had no issues.
The service was fast, I’ll give them that. Generally I seldom have any issue with this location. Yet somehow I was served this.

Stayed at a hotel near by and we stopped in the drive through on a late Saturday night. I’ll be damned if the fries weren’t fresh and perfectly crispy! My Big Mac was also top notch. Nuggets crispy and juicy, and Sprite was the chefs kiss. Hit the spot.

They never salt the fries. Everytime we go here the fries have maybe a sprinkle of salt on them or like just now fresh fries but completely no salt at all. Also, they always forget the dipping sauce.

We waited over 15 minutes for our simple order to be delivered. After I asked what was taking so long, they said there was a communication issue. One Mgr left & new person didn’t realize our order was sitting in cue. But the Mgr gave us a coupon for 1 combo meal as an apology.

Would NOT Recommend getting anything with sausage patties! On 3/5 purchased a sausage bagle and sausage mcmuffin, took couple bites of the bagle and sausage tasted rotten, instantly got sick.

Bad service most times I visit I only go for convenience with work. Consistently the worst location I go to and they lied to me about the time they closed which completely messed up my lunch break at work and they have created problems many times when visiting.

Leonard st location was dirty, slow service, bathrooms were not in functioning order, toliet paper roll on the floor just pick it up to use it, soap dispenser didn’t work, ketchup dispenser gave me orange juicy liquid on my hashbrown that I’m pretty sure was fermented ketchup. Worst experience at a McDonald’s in quite some time.

Just got out of work stopped off at this McDonald’s on the bus. I’m gonna age back technician while I have my tool bag on me. Stop doing around 6:10. Want to go to the kiosk to go order some food. The young man I’m working at thed to when I was coming in was very rude and making threatening rude racial comments. When I started to shut the owner in process on the kios. K the guy that was there and the lady started making jokes and my expense and started laughing at my face so. I just walked out the door I will never do business at this mcdonald’s again. I don’t know what’s going on with McDonald’s. It’s bad enough. Your prices are ridiculous and a lot of people are just not doing business with you anymore. But this is pretty much the ice in the coffin, so I’ll never shop at this place again.

2-4-24: Do all McDonald’s train their staff to do this now? As soon as they get an order in the restaurant, mobile app or delivery order they immediately print it off saying it’s ready? Because I waited several minutes while my order according to the screen was ready? When I saw her print it off just after placing it. See photo.
Update 3-4: Ordered on the app. Received a notification from the app my order was ready. Went inside and it wasn’t and the sandwiches weren’t even out of the kitchen yet.
On a side note I found it hilarious that buying 2 apple pies individually was 1¢ cheaper than the 2 pie pack.
Dropped to 2* 4-2 Typical McDonald’s. Terrible dine in service, unfriendly staff, mediocre food and dirty lobby.
