Well, this is an unusual one mainly because firstly, I don’t eat much at McDonald’s and secondly, I always get treated pretty well. When I do the on duty manager took my order. He didn’t give me a receipt. Didn’t give me a cup for the meal deal and then just walked away without even saying so much as a thank you when I asked him about the receipt. He basically just gave me a dirty look so I sat down thankfully there was a server and then was Lizzie. She brought the meal out and it was wonderful. I think you might have just been having a bad day. The two stars is for Lizzie. He’s at zero.

Alliyah the manager was absolutely amazing!!! Even when she had stated to a customer who was not pleased because of timing and something being wrong with her order. Alliyah stayed professional and apologized saying I’m so sorry I had 5 people call in and I am doing my best. The said customer had a horrible attitude and Alliyah said again I apologize and customer stormed off. She is busting her hump and with a fantastic attitude when she didn’t have to be. 100 will be back just because of how amazing she handled this situation. you slayyyy queen!

11/14/25 – App Order – Drive through – Tall, white dude, cheesy mustache, snaggle toothed – started to hand me my (2) Hot Fudge Sundaes – I requested for them to be placed in a Drink Holder – He incorrectly assembled the drink holder so as to when I got it handed to me and then inside my car, the holder was falling apart and ice cream dripped all over the interior of my car. I gave them back to him saying these need to be remade. I heard him walking back over to the sundae machine telling other team members that I was a “dumb ass” for wanting the sundaes placed in a drink holder. In his defense, I verbally exploded on him, and didn’t hold back. I said that I do this all the time and you are the FIRST PERSON I have had this issue with. I spend a lot of money here and most of the day crew know me by name. I need a manager to explain why I should continue purchasing from this restaurant?

Usually pretty good, just wanted to put awareness and hope that they are more careful with allergies. I was told no onion was in my cheeseburger, and I can tell they just scraped them off which caused me to have a reaction.

2-12 It’s amazing to me how these corporations math doesn’t add up or is about cheating you. An english muffin is more expensive than 2 mcgriddles but adds eggs,meat cheese to both and that reverses and the Mcgriddles becomes much more expensive. Biscuits are the same price as an English muffin but a sausage egg biscuit is ¢70 more expensive than a sausage McMuffin with Egg? AND the muffin comes with cheese???? Yet a sausage McMuffin is ¢50 more than a sausage biscuit? So they’re just basically saying prices are based on popularity and their going to milk every penny from your wallet.
And on a side note the “Premium” Hot chocolate they charge over $3 for is just a packet of Swiss Miss Coco they pay less than ¢10 for. And that’s first hand as I watched grab a pack from a bulk Swiss Miss box and make a cup. Add Coco, cup, water, labor and their still making probably 2000% profit.
8-8 This is my usual breakfast spot. Today I stopped in for lunch. Ordered a Big Mac and sweet tea to go. Ordered extra lettuce and onions on my sandwich. Got neither. There was less than a normal amount of each. And even though I was waiting the entire time at the counter and my order of sweet teas was marked completed I had to ask for my cups when the Big Mac order was ready. It’s disheartening because they’re always on the ball during breakfast.

This McDonald’s night crew gives excellent FAST drive thru service on a regular basis. I am always pleased with my order and time spent waiting is as quick as they come. Plus, they’re friendly and helpful.

OK it’s McDonald’s, but this location has never done me dirty! I generally go through the drive through, so that’s the review I’m writing. We got a shamrock a shake and 2 double filet o fishes, and they were great. I’d say for flavor, I’d rather have 2 single filets instead of a double, but for cost efficiency and amount of protein you get, it’s a better deal to get the double. Obviously the picture isn’t pretty, and typically this is what the presentation looks like, but again, this is McDonald’s, and you know what you’re gonna get with fast food.
