Upon arrival I felt immediately unwelcomed.
There was not a very large gathering at all at this location around peak lunch hour, which seems to be from a lack of customer service. I was watched, specifically as I put my order into the kiosk for my vanilla soft serve . The vanilla come was rushed in a rude fashion due to a deterance of a proper review of the facility.
This restaurant location has some major issues, especially due to the lack of cleanliness I noticed as I walked in and had no opportunity for hand sanitizer.
This area in the West Side of Grand Rapids is home to the Famous John Ball Zoo.
Families shouldn’t have to worry about poor service, their health, or food quality; neither should I have had to either.
Very disappointed with the lack of care for their opportunities with McDonald’s and the area of the city that this staff represents.
Thankfully, it was a nice day in Michigan to eat my vanilla ice cream cone outside in the sunshine for this review.

This photo was from my last visit. Forgot my fries in my order too. It always takes forever, they are constantly missing items in orders. If you go to the outside lane drive thru they don’t take your order. Place is poorly run and the workers seem to be completely incompetent except for a couple. Good luck

My kids wanted slushies after their doctors appointment and of course chose the Golden Arches… only to be SO disappointed (as if the tears from shots wasn’t enough ) and to throw away these so called slushies. Slushee what?! Looked like shaved ice with coke poured in it, tasted AWFUL!

The drive-through is very well run and did a great job on checking on the use of the McDonald’s mobile app.
The order-taker was fast and professional, and my order was handled without incident. I especially appreciated the window server being friendly and congenial.
I was particularly pleased with the freshness of the sandwich bun served and the food temperature. I give them kudos on quality.
The location is not in the best of areas, but their lot was clean and open, so it felt safer.

I usually love this location. HOWEVER, I have now received super old nuggets 2 times now. The timer on their machine must not be working because those were definitely past their time to be served.

I ordered delivery through the McDonald’s app and almost every item was wrong, didn’t get any condiments requested, and they put cold drinks on top of hot food. What’s really frustrating is the app puts all the responsibility on the courier – nothing was his fault. They cannot expect delivery drivers to open the sealed bag and check every sandwich. I’ll avoid this location in the future

I placed my order drive-through my food was cold The snack wraps was not wrapped. They was just thrown in the bag. The cheeseburger was cold like it’s been sitting for at least five hours. I asked for a regular coat. I got a Diet Coke very disappointed in this McDonald’s….. Pay $12 and didn’t get what I ordered and fresh
