So I come here often and other than the long waits this McDonald’s has been great but I notice that there is on man who always has his underwear visible. This has to be the 3rd time ive noticed the bright red underwear and its disgusting. As a corporation shouldn’t you have standards for your worker to at least look slightly put together and clean. I literally never go here because they always mess up the orders or forget stuff.. I decide to give it a chance again and they forgot chicken nuggets again. I’ve worked in customer service and I understand mess ups but this is EVERY TIME. They can’t even hire people competent enough to do the correct order at any time of the day

Excellent customer service by the entire staff at McDonald’s in Whitehall, Michigan on Colby Road. Manager Jordan was extremely pleasant and made me feel welcome. Jordan was dressed really nice. Food was hot and prompt. Restaurant was clean and in great shape. I would totally recommend this McDonald’s to all who is looking for fast food. This McDonald’s definitely rocks . Thank you to the entire staff and Manager Jordan. Well done…On 11/15/24 my friend Tim and myself visited this same McDonald’s and yet again the manager on duty Jordan and his entire staff rose to the occasion. My order was hot and delicious. Jordan welcomed us the a smile and made us feel like we belong. Jordan deserves to be recognized for his leadership and professionalism. McDonald’s of Whitehall Michigan is by far my favorite place to eat. Kudos to the entire staff and management for making our time here memorable. Thank you….. My friend and myself visited McDonald’s of Whitehall Michigan on 03/26/2025. The food preparer Lee was excellent and did an amazing job on our sandwiches. They were hot and well put together. They were extremely delicious. Lee is always smiling and takes pride in his works. Well done Lee…..Manager Natalie was outstanding. She had her crew rocking and food was flying out in a timely manner. Natalie is definitely qualified to be in a position for advancement in the company. Lee deserves a commendation or a raise. Thank you again for a great experience. I am deeply grateful.

I placed an online order, and as soon as I went to take a bite of my double qpc, I noticed that the patty felt rather squishy. At first I thought I may have gotten a sausage patty instead of a burger patty, but apron further inspection to my absolute dismay, the patty was nearly fully raw. Thankfully I never took a bite of that patty, but it is still rather appalling.

I just went to this McDonald’s and the ONLY THING that was good were the fries, the chicken was UNCOOKED!!! And the ranch they gave us was basically empty!! We were in a rush to a wedding and I bit into my chicken and it was still wet! So I opened some of the other ones and they were still wet!! And the one I was about to eat was still PINK! I am never going to this McDonald’s EVER again!

Terrible service. Drive through full because the one that collects the payment was talking with someone, then when it was my time at the window she was still talking to someone and didn’t even noticed I was there, then when I went to the second window the lady tells me I had to pay in the first window. Really? How if that person was entertained talking to someone else. So I left because that was a waste of my time. Terrible staff in that place

First of all, I love McDonald’s but the experience we had tonight will only get 5 negative stars!!! Brought a bus of 25 kids in, had called the day before to inform them we would be stopping and also called as soon as we left the game to let them know we were 20 minutes out. Waited for over 20 minutes in the lobby when someone came over and told us to use the kiosk. Everyone tried to use it but over half never received a receipt. After placing a very small order for fries, shake and a pie for the driver and coach, we were told they no longer honor the complimentary meal. It is absolutely the last time I bring a bunch of kids to this McDonald’s for sure!! On top of that the staff seemed very rude and were not helpful in anyway!! Culvers will get my wonderful kids from now on !!
