I always just get a large Carmel Frappuccino and that’s about it from there so I don’t have much to say about the place besides most have all remodeled and some took the play areas out completely, I’m guessing LIABILITY or more space for seating.. other than that it’s always pleasant if I run in and get it or drive thru it’s all good..!

Terrible experience last night after ten wow what a difference from the day crew! I’ll never go there at night again! Waited for someone to take my order never happened so drove up to the window for the guy with the headset to tell me that the person taking orders was terrible which I think was him. Ordered two cheeseburger meal and nuggets took twenty min will I watched the Managaer ignore me wile bagging what looked like online orders I guess! So 30 min and was only car there!!

Ordered 2 mcflurries, and when we got home we had 2 vanilla ice creams with oreos dumped on top. The workers were too lazy to mix it. Also didn’t want to tell us they didn’t mix it, since we obviously wouldn’t know until we left and ate it. So they tricked us and we were charged full price. Take more pride in your job, seriously! You chose to work there, no one made you!

I have went to McDonald 2 times at different locations in North Muskegon. Once on holton rd and once on holton rd and whitehall. I walk to the counter and get no ones attention to take my order. Get no welcome, nor anyone to take my order. I can hear people laughing and talking in the Twice this has happened. I am done. You seem to not want my business so I went ti Culvers. Who by the way they actually greeted me first, and took my order. You have lost my business andI will not take my gtandkids to eat at McDonald’s ever! What happened to your customer service? I am repeatedly disappointed by this McDonald’s. I know there’s a basic understanding that you’re getting McDonalds quality service and food. But compared to other McDonald’s in Muskegon this one is my least favorite.
I have repeatedly been given orders that are not mine. Today they said my code wasn’t working I talked to 3 separate people before they realized my order was there but they couldn’t make a sausage egg burritos and that’s why my order wasn’t there. Which did not make sense as I also had 3 other sandwiches on my order.
I then saw staff pick up items on the floor with their bare hands and then touch food within the same 10 seconds. Gross.
So I will be avoiding this McDonald’s in the future.

Needed a quick lunch today. Once I paid, I was asked to move up to a waiting spot so their timer alarm wouldn’t go off. I sat there for 13 minutes. 13 minutes for 2 nuggets 2 fries and 2 double cheeseburgers. When i drank the soda it tasted like straight water. This place can’t seem to get it together no matter what they do. Would not recommend this location, and if you do go and they ask you to pull up, say no!

The Manager on duty just now 11/22/25 at 3:43 pm just told my son and I they didnt have change for a 100$ bill. She was very rude. I explained a hundred doller bill was all I had 3 times in a row until she finally scoffed at me stomped away like a child. She came back and basically threw the money at me and said “next time remember when we arent busy we wont have change for a 100 very very rude and walked away. Not impressed.

Sloppy hamburgers they are two quarter pounders add bacan lettuce and tomatoes paid extra too for that look what I got
Also I said no cheese but look close there was cheese and they pulled it off ….lol.

workers were rude, took many minutes to get order in at speaker and even longer time waiting at the window. tried to use app to pay and it didn’t work so had to pay (maybe a 2nd time) at the window. food was okay when finally received.

There were so many customers in there at once it was hard to find somewhere to stand while not being in the way. The burger was so thin it was crumbling apart. The employees are awesome and making the best of it, keep up the good work.
