If I could leave less than one star I would I am so extremely disheartened that this happened. I just was up there not even 10 minutes ago and ordered a bacon quarter pounder with no onions and when I return home, this is what I get on top of that I paid over $20 for this. Week after week I avoid this particular store more and more. While the people are usually nice and polite you can expect extended wait times (even during slow periods) and inacurate orders. I ordered two meals through the app for myself and my sister and they gave us mismatched food. Our order was a deluxe mccrispy meal (medium) and a double quarter meal (medium) without pickles or onions. What we got was a medium fry, a large fry, a deluxe mccrispy and a quarter pounder only ketchup cheese and pickles. Almost as if they combined someone elses order with ours.

Took forever to get someone to answer hellos at the speaker. Ordered three drinks (Caramel frappe, coke and iced tea) on the app before getting there and paid for it. The lady at the window handing out the drinks didn’t give me straws for the tea and coke and I didn’t realize it until I pulled away so had to go all the way back around drive through to ask her for straws. She tried to hand me out someone else’s order before I could ask for the straws. Just a weird experience and not the first time at this particular mcds.

We ordered food through the app. Took longer than expected. When the order got here it had a Coke instead of a sprite, no straws, and no fries and the order is posted directly on the bag. We drove up there gave our order back asked them to remake it. Meanwhile multiple staff members dropped the F Bomb in front of children. After about a half hour went by I went up and asked for a refund after I found out they haven’t even started remaking our food. Prly one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. Extremely unprofessional employees who just made things worse. I will be avoiding that particular location for years to come

Went their the other week and the manager Tanya or Tashya was being very rude to a customer misgendering them and saying I knew they were a Sir. I hope she is dealt with because in Michigan in 2023 a law was passed to make such morally inept behavior against the law. Shame on her and this McDonald’s!

I visited this location last night, and the lady who handed me my order was extremely rude. She was on the phone with who I assume was a friend while handing me my order and didn’t say a word to me. She had forgotten the hot fudge Sunday for my son, and when I tried asking about it she slammed the window in my face!

NOT getting the food you order from the drive thru is ridiculous!!! Then call the store & you tell them what is missing, and their response is “Well, it’s sitting right here” and then ask me if I can come back & get it—REALLY!!!

GET A RECEIPT IN THE DRIVE THRU!
If you don’t get your receipt and you get to the next window and they don’t get your food right: be ready to be treated like a liar while the window person interrogates you for several minutes before they go to the back to ask what you bought. THEY FOLLOW the orders on a screen. The order shows up on a screen when you order….idk how they still screw it up, but worse call you a liar. We can go home and make our own egg breakfast after third shift and avoid that crap.
