When to go get doordash order. Lobby was closed at 840pm when sign says 10pm!!! So i called and asked if they could bring the bag of cookies to the door. 2/23/26. Nope. Made me wait in line in the drive thru for 20 minutes!! Just for 13 cookies for a customer. Staff refused to bring them to me. Outside. Causing the rest of my door dashes of food to be late!! Unacceptable.

Stopped in, went through the drive-thru and after the auto play message asking if I was using the app I was greeted with “go ahead with your order”. asked for “a 10 piece meal, large with a coke” the lady came on and said “10 piece what?” I replied “10 piece Mcnuggets” then all she said was “pull around” without putting the order on the screen or repeating the order back. I get to the window and she asks if I had a 10 piece, I said yes a 10 piece meal large with a coke. She replied “I didn’t hear a meal” she walked away and came back and said okay 10 piece meal medium with a coke, I said I asked for a large ma’am, she replied “you want a large?” I rely yes ma’am and she says okay 9 dollars and takes my card, gives me a receipt and says here you go. As I pull ahead she charged me for a medium meal and I got a medium meal at the window.
At that point I was just tired of it and hungry so I gave up. I will say that the manager at the second window was amazing and kind.

Generally I have had good experiences at this location but tonight we did a delivery order. Everything is much more expensive when you do delivery vs pickup. I was super disappointed that some of the items in our order were missing. The bag was sealed and the driver said it was all that was given. These things happen but it is impossible to let somebody know this happened. Their phone number isn’t working. There is no way to complain on the app. Very frustrating to lose $6 and not have anyway to contact the store.

I typically don’t write reviews about a company unless they’re positive. But The older lady at the cashiers window in the mornings during the week should not have a job. She represents the company so poorly. Everyone else at this place is awesome and she has the worst attitude I think I’ve ever witnessed at a fast food place. The first 2 times I figured maybe she was just having a bad morning and gave her the benefit of the doubt. She was overly rude this morning AGAIN for a third time. No one wants to talk to someone that miserable and rude especially in the mornings when they’re just starting their day. (All I got all 3 times was a coffee, nothing complicated or worth complaining about) her being miserable doesn’t give her the right to try and make everyone else’s morning miserable to.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience this time. I went to this McDonald’s expecting the usual quick and simple service, but instead I ended up waiting an entire hour just to get my food. During that time, I watched multiple people who came after me receive their orders without any issues, while mine still hadn’t come or been called.
When I finally went up to ask about my order, the employee barely responded and didn’t seem to care about the situation at all. It wasn’t just the lack of urgency that bothered me, it was the attitude I was given. After waiting so long, I thought maybe they’d at least apologize, but instead, when I finally got my food, the worker gave me a look like she was upset with me for asking about my order.
By the time I got my order, the ice in my Coke was already half melted, which told me that my drink had probably been sitting out for a long time before I was given it. Now, see, I’m usually very patient, understanding, and again, I never leave reviews, but this whole experience left me feeling completely ignored and disrespected as a customer. An hour for fast food seems unacceptable, and the poor attitude that I was given just made it worse.
I truly hope this location will take a close look at this feedback and address these issues so other customers don’t have to experience the same thing.

The amount of stress these employees are under, while being very underpaid maybe trying to raise kids, is something most people don’t comprehend.
Think about a school bus full of football players ordering all at once during a rush hour. Minimum wage is not enough for the mindset it takes to handle something like that. That withtheir indiscriminate hiring policy makes it hard for them to keep a regular staff. So, please think of this the next time you get a messed up order, or a grumpy employee, and want to get them fired. They are probably dealing with a lot more than you think.

Hadn’t been there in a while but a Filet O’Fish and McChicken with Mac sauce sounded good. Food was decent. I wanted a shake, but the shake machine is either broken or being cleaned more than it is in service. I think this is every McDonald’s everywhere. Just say we aren’t able to serve shakes right now. If it is on the menu though, it should be available. I almost canceled my order but was hungry. The cashier was friendly and helpful, but the person delivering food at the drive thru window did not crack the faintest of smiles and barely said two words.

25 minutes to take my order then 30 minutes for my food watched others who ordered after me get served first.. and when I mentioned something about it I got an attitude fallowed by “we short staffed”
Then given more attitude when I asked were my coffee was .. then the staff almost spilled the hot coffee on me and my friend who accompanied me.. I asked for the manager and there was no sight of them.. .. no one should have to wait an hour for food at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT.. STAFF DISRESPECTFUL!!
