5 people in total walked by me at the register when I brought our oder up because basic reading skills weren’t applied. No drink cups, nor the cheeseburger. Fries were cold like they were refrigerated. Manager said someone was going to get yelled at. Yet, the next couple that ordered was missing part of their big Mac. Apparently not only are you ignored here, but reading isn’t a requirement. Allowing them to have phones on them seems like a cognitive distraction. Won’t be going back.

I’m not usually one to get upset like this, but all I ordered was a McChicken and some fries. Does the photo LOOK like a McChicken? I waited about 5 minutes just at the speaker, they acted like I was inconveniencing them (It was only 10pm). They told me they were making new chicken for my McChicken and then when I got home I see this. My fries tasted like cardboard and were really old as well.

In line waiting now. Girl at the drive thru obviously had no training nor ability to listen for an order. So frustrated after reading back the 1 sandwich wrong 2x, we gave up on ordering the rest. my son went in. After ordering at the kiosk, because no one works the front counter or pays attention, he proceeded to wait 20 minutes as every drive thru order apparently became top priority.

The ineptitude of running a simple breakfast was astounding. It’s not like it’s a complex menu, nor did we order ANYTHING specialized. Wish I could I could give negative reviews. This location would make a great fast food restaurant!

Waited in a line for over ten minutes because the guy trying to pay was using a big bill. Evidently only a manager can give change for it? Not very organized or well trained, we left. No plans on returning. Had similar experiences at several Schultz Family owned establishments unfortunately, two thumbs down!!

I order a burger, waited a long time for it along with a few others. I got home with my meal, I opened my box with the sandwich in it. I went to pick it up and it had no bottom bun. How do you make a sandwich with no bottom bun? Before I get a link about filing a complaint, I already did.

Edit: a few days later, they reached out to me and apologized for that. They will inform the closing manager about this. They will work on the problem.

Last few times I’ve went for breakfast to get there $5 value meal deal and they never know which one is the meal deal and never know what drink goes with it. I’ve asked twice now and they say “you can get whatever you want”and then give me a $1 up charge. Today I got frustrated and just left because the girl kept saying “I have no idea.” Good customer service says “I’m not sure but let me go find out.” McDonald’s is actually expensive now so there needs to be better customer service. Your workers clearly don’t know what they are doing or just don’t care. Be better! You no longer have my business. I’ve been working since I was very young and I learned from working at meijer, Wendy’s, hackley hospital, mercy and trinity that you always ask if you don’t know something!

These two lady’s working the window were totally unprofessional. And quite frankly rude and snotty. I said to the girl at the screen “You didn’t write in sugar free” and she responds with oh I’ll tell the person making it and she never did. And then when I ask is it sugar free? She wants to lie and say we don’t have sugar free syrup? But then made me pull up so she could make one?

If I could give zero stars I would!! The food was so burnet you couldn’t even bite the hash brown or the mcmuffin sandwich! Service is USUALLY ok but the quality of food is always TRASH!

Would not recommend going here. We were on a condo board meeting so we ordered in app to have delivered to our table. Our receipt is time stamped at 11:05. At 11:30 we went up to ask about the status of our food. We were told we needed to talk to the manager. At 11:35 we finally talked to the manager who said she wasn’t sure what happened. She would have our food remade and brought out to us. At 11:50 we went back up to find the status of our order and finally received our order. They never did bring it to our table. The food was not at a temperature that suggested it was hot off the grill. It was like warm at best. My cheese was still very much in the square form and not melted even slightly on the quarter pounder. The fries were eh with temperature and not crispy at all. Every customer here was not happy and complaining on the time to get their orders. Sad part is the staff was very nice but that doesn’t help make the food taste good. I do not recommend, 45 minutes for a fast food order is not acceptable especially for Luke warm fast food.
