To keep it short, stuff is done sloppily. Burgers always seem microwaved or just on a heating table. Few times I’ve got stuff elsewhere, Hart MI for example, burgers seemed freshly put together in hart and not an overly hot cheese conglelomerated melty mess.

The staff ignored not just me, but several other people waiting over 20 minutes for orders. They refused to take my order, even when I politely tried to get their attention after standing there waiting for 5 minutes. I was literally told my the young lady with dyed bright red hair that “we can’t take your order right now.” She was, of course, standing there basically doing nothing, and she stopped responding to me when I asked for assistance. Another woman who had the slight appearance of a manager (not sure if she was or not, because there didn’t appear to be anyone in charge) ignored the exchange. Various workers looked in our direction several times and never made any attempt to even say anything as simple as, “We’re busy and will be with you in a minute.” There are about 7 or 8 cars in the drive thru, which isn’t many, but it’s clear they are ignoring customers in the store, all of which openly stated that the staff was ignoring them. Time of (attempted) service: 12:45pm EDT Sunday Sep 21. This is easily. A sub-standard McDonald’s operation. By any reasonable account, a normal lunch period on a Sunday. All staff present were ignoring customers.

I made a mobile order for a breakfast item, before the breakfast time ended. And they wouldn’t give me the sandwich because i showed up a minute after the breakfast time, even though i ordered and paid before that time. I got no refund. I filed a complaint and no response. I waited a week for no response, and I’m hungry and upset. Give me my money back, or give me my sandwich!

This is a clean, updated and remodeled McDonald’s with a PLAYPLACE (for you parents with kids!). The building is modern and attractive. The bathrooms were clean so that’s a plus! The kids play area was also clean and play equipment looked new.
Kind of interesting, the order lobby area has self-serve ordering kiosks. Don’t worry, you can also order at the counter if you’d like. But the kiosks let you customize your order like you always could, pay, and pick up at counter a short time later.

I waited over 20 minutes for a coffee. They were supposed to bring it out to me, but didn’t. Went in and got it and they were rude about it. They didn’t even say anything about me having to come in and get it.
