Happy every day
I’m a truck driver, and this is the third time I’ve stopped at this location overnight. I truly appreciate that you allow overnight parking. There are very few places for trucks along this route, so having a safe and welcoming place to stop and rest means a lot to drivers like me.
After long hours on the road, it feels good to know there is a place where you can park, relax, and feel comfortable. I use the restroom facilities every time, and they are always clean inside, which is very important when you live and work on the road.
Sometimes I order something in the evening, although I try not to eat late at night. In the morning, I always get two burritos and two McMuffins with coffee — it has become my small tradition before getting back behind the wheel.
I can’t say anything bad about the service. The people here work hard. Sometimes they get tired and may make small mistakes, but that’s normal — we are all human, and we all make mistakes. What matters is respect and effort, and I see that here.
Thank you for supporting truck drivers and giving us a clean, safe, and respectful place to stop. It really makes a difference.

Absolutely incompetent group of people unwilling to work with guests heaven forbid they don’t hear you and get your order correct and when you try to change it up at the front for the correct order or add additional things that they didn’t originally catch i.e. the second happy meal for your twins and then tell you you have to go all the way back around and wait in line when they were already taking forever with 20+ cars because they don’t have a way of taking payment at the second window. I can’t wait for them to all have their jobs replaced by robots because at least robots would be competent enough to be able to take a form of payment walk elsewhere slide the card and make the customer happy. God are the days of customer service I suppose.

I love McDonald’s. But I learned a lesson a couple of weeks ago. I will never bring up a situation where people are ripping them off. 4 kids arrived in a car ordered food. Waited a bit went back out to the car and brought in a empty 1gal water jug and filled it up with ice tea and brought it to the table and they all were drinking it with their mt water cups. I just thought the management would like to know since this section is always out of site. Nope…we can’t do anything about that. wow. no wonder prices are always going up. Never could figure out why they put the fountain out of site..I will mind my own business as I thought they might want to know..my mistake.

We waited about 30 minutes for our food, then we had to tell them we were missing 3 burgers.
Others were waiting for over an hour. They lost their order.
They were disorganized and didnt know what they were doing. Manager had a hard time even printing a receipt and blamed it on the equipment they have.
Very poor service, and we had Special Needs with us.
People were walking out and getting out of line at the drive thru.

I’ll get straight to the point, I went through the drive-thru, grabbed my food, and ate a fry as I was leaving the parking lot. It was cold and hard, so I decided to check the rest of my order. When I opened my sandwich, I discovered a bite had already been taken out of it.

An eyewitness at the time told me that my bag was actually someone else’s food that had been returned because it was messed up and the employee still handed it out to me..

I feel completely disgusted and psychologically disturbed by this experience. I have all the photos and evidence to prove what happened. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ended up going in and talking to Andrew, the manager at the time. Got my food redone but wasn’t hungry anymore. ALL of the employees in there were laughing, cussing, and joking around about this situation.

Landon was absolutely amazing! He made a couple substitutions for me, answered a few questions, and all while running the front register solo. He kept a cool head during a busy time. He was fast but strategically so as to be safe. Landon is a legend! If you browse all my other reviews, you will see I’m from Wisconsin. I’m in Michigan for the next couple hours before heading home so I wanted to get a couple reviews in before I go. I only point this out so no one reads my review and thinks I’m a friend trying to make Landon look good. I’ve never met the guy until today and I only know his name because I asked him for it for this review. I genuinely hope he sees it! (For the record, I would absolutely be his friend under different circumstances.)

I usually do not leave bad reviews but this time I had too because of several mistakes. First of all the kid that was working was great this is no complaint to him but for the higher ups. You only had a few people working a busy dinner rush. I waited 45 minutes for my food. The reason I wanted to get McDonald’s tonight was because I was super excited about the grinch meal. The first mistake understaffed so badly that several people left and honestly I should have been one of them. 2nd mistake I asked for NO onion on my Big Mac! 3rd mistake I never got the dill pickle seasoning for my grinch meal fries honestly the biggest reason I wanted the grinch box and 4th my kids chocolate shake was melted by the time we got it Very disappointed! ☹️

The drive-thru service here has been really slow the last several months as even with pre-paid mobile orders, it has generally taken anywhere from 10-20 minutes to get through the line consistently.

Had a Sausage Cheese McMuffin and a Hash Brown. About what you’d expect from McDonald’s.

The Hash Brown stuck to the paper pretty bad and I had to tear away the paper, but it was still fine. The muffin was soft. Everything was basically cooked to spec and nothing really major to complain about.

I entered the two items into my daily diet tracking and found I had more than my necessary sodium for the day (1,650mg, 1,500-2,300mg is recommended), but no one goes to McDonalds expecting healthy options.

I used to work at another McDonald’s location.

My work provided breakfast for us on a Thursday morning so I did not order it or pick it up.
