I only visit the drive through and I only order hot coffee.
I never get the correct number of sugar and cream and I usually have to go back inside and wait in line for more. By that time my coffee is cold. One worker in the drive thru consulted me about my coffee choice as if she would have to drink it… Not a great way to start a day.

Alicia is utterly amazing. She handles customer concerns and complaints so well, and is always on it. Line moves quickly and efficiently. Food is always hot and fresh. The whole morning crew throughout the week is the same way. There is also a gentleman that tall, bald like Mr Clean that runs shifts and such occasionally. Talk about that place on point when he is there. Finely tuned machine. Love this location!!! They make my iced coffee the best hands down too!!! This new pumpkin spice you launched of it makes my fancy coffee shops ones look ashamed. I love the coupon for it in the app for 99 cents too
Never lose that!!! Chances are if they are an iced coffee drinker they are snagging more than one a day anyway. Thanks for the smiles and looking out today when my order had an issue. Happy car full our way ️

I decided to purchase a happy meal toy for my elementary-aged child. The displayed toys were action figures. When we received our meal, we opened up the happy meal to find a board book that was geared towards babies 12 months or younger. I went up to the counter and explained that this was not what I was expecting, and the response I received was, “Sorry, we’re out of the other toys.”
My child actually handled the disappointment well, but what should have happened is that when I ordered the happy meal, the staff should have explained that they were out of the action figures and verified that I still wanted the happy meal toy.
That should be the level of customer service, not what I received. Very disappointing.

Sat in line for 40 mins in the drive through because people don’t know how to use a line. People getting trapped in parking spots for 30+ mins. Something needs to be figured out out there. Not to mention missed out on breakfast menu by one minute because of it and the staff refused to let me get a single sausage McMuffin because it was a minute past. Very annoying.

Did a curbside waited ten mins nothing looked at the app said go inside. Waited 20 mins before anyone even came to the front desk. Ontop of that none of them wear gloves when handling the food

Ordered a small chicken sandwich, which was surprisingly pretty good. It actually reminded me of the fish fillets I used to order (probably the mayo.)
The dining room and restroom are always clean. I interacted with 3 different crew members … every one of them was friendly and helpful. I always stop here for a quick lunch when in town.

Burgers can be cold from this location. I was so hungry I didn’t go back through for a new one. Not always happy with their Mcchickens either the chicken can taste like they kept it hot too long.

Nice employees, but more often than not including once again today they don’t know the difference between Sweet tea and unsweetened tea. McDonald’s has the best sweet tea, but if I can’t get it, I’m gonna stop going out of my way and just go elsewhere for a mediocre drink.
