I’m actually really surprised by the bad reviews I’m seeing. I lived in Marne most of my childhood, and moved to Coopersville a little over 3 years ago now, and have gone here fairly often, as one does with their local McDonald’s, and I can’t think of a single bad experience. Sure, little mistakes happen here and there, but nothing to write a bad review about… maybe I’m just a better person than that. My food’s always fresh, my fries are always salted perfectly, and the number one test for me with what makes a McDonald’s really good or not, is how many sauce cups I get when I ask for extra. These saints ALWAYS come back with at least a handful, sometimes two.

Ordered #2 without cheese. When I get to work, I opened the bag, , found four hashbrowns instead.
I called the location to request a refund since I couldn’t return to the store,However, the lady on the phone said that they couldn’t process a refund.
(I paid with a credit card, I know you can)
I should just go to Mr. Burger in Allendale next time.

The amount of salt on my quarter pounder was insane. I did not get a receipt and by the time I noticed it was worth my time to turn around. I scraped as much off as I could and even still the burger was not edible. I was super hunger and only could eat half.

Cold fries. Times are hard, a buck should go further, it’s life. There’s zero reason a franchise of a global company should serve menu items in subpar condition. I’ve not had this experience at any of the Muskegon franchises. Zero excuse. Fries that are colder on the inside than the outside, horrible, straight into the trash. Thank you for taking my money, feels like robbery.

This is the second time I’ve ordered an iced latte from here where it looks like they added too much cream and it tastes like cream too, you can’t taste the coffee. When I get a latte, I expect it to taste like one. I did not return for a refund, not worth my time. The store bought iced coffee is better than this. Train the staff right. They obviously don’t drink coffee whoever made this!

Place was fast service, but we didn’t get the sugar and cream in our coffee like ordered and my Canadian bacon on my egg mcmuffin tasted like fried bologna, which I wasn’t really feeling like eating early in the morning (or at all, really). Hubby wasn’t happy with his coffee and I wasn’t thrilled with my breakfast sandwich.

No changing table in the men’s bathroom. The employees were very nice and brought my food to the table for me. It was hot and correct (nuggets, fries, coffee, and pop). But the lack of changing table in the men’s bathroom is completely unacceptable and needs to be resolved immediately. Men are fathers with children who need diapers changed too.

As travelers with kids our priority was to eat decent food and use the toilet in a timely manner. We had trouble getting ketchup, the pumps were out. I had ordered a side salad that looked spoiled and it came with a pack of dressing that looked like it had been next to a pack that exploded.. plus it took around 10 mins to get our order. The bathrooms were clean and acceptable.
