My wife and I come here frequently since is convenient. There are 2 other MacDonald establishments that are also convenient (imagine that). We didn’t expect much from this chain but the crew today dropped every ball. I’m only giving a 2 because they did fix each dropped ball without argument it complaint. I’m glad I had no time constraints because I simple order like this took too long. The time man training on the register missed one of our 3 burgers ordered but the young lady that looked like the trainer fulfilled the missing burger free. Great… Where are the shakes?!? Oh we didn’t realize you didn’t get them. Then I some to a young man that stated they were the manager. Yes they immediately fixed it. But there was no real concern about it just of we’ll fix it no apologies just here you go… Oh you walk with a cane here’s a slot drink carrier good luck. No I will not likely visit this specific location fora long time or ever… There are 2 Culver’s by the other 2 MacDonald’s that are just as convenient and we’ve never had issues at there facilities like this.

Dried out chicken nuggets, wouldn’t give me my in-app order in drive through so had to park and go inside. I don’t plan on returning to this McDonald’s again. Several years ago they had a man working the drive through who was happy and helpful. Obviously the guy working yesterday was trained by someone else. I’m feeling generous so I gave 2 stars

The fries were lukewarm at best and definitely had been sitting under the warmer too long. My McDouble meat was either overcooked or it had been sitting in the cabinet for a long time because it was beyond dry. It was genuinely un-appetizing. Normally I have pretty good experiences at other McDonald’s so this was disappointing.

Employees had an argument in the lobby. Swearing at each other loudly. Food was good. Appeared the manager was more attentive than his employees. Glad it was later and children were not in the restaurant at the time. Total disrespect

Their hours aren’t accurate several times. I’ve drove here at different points based off when Google says they’re open and they’re never open so I just waste my gas over and over again it’s ridiculous

Small restaurant inside a gas station, but a great McDonald’s location. The dining room was very clean, food tasted great, and the service was quick. The employees were friendly, attentive, and courteous.
Only complaint would be the restrooms were a bit dirty and could use a detailed cleaning.

My mother has Alzheimer’s and loves McDonald’s Chicken Nuggets, so my father and I always hit up random McDonald’s when we are on the road. Needless to say, this McDonald’s is by FAR the best McDonald’s in the state. Crushes any establishment in Kalamazoo/GR areas for sure. Sometimes they’ll make you wait a minute or two by pulling up, but would you rather always have FRESH food or food that sat under a heat lamp? I’m more of a fresh food kind of guy.
