I started going to this McDonald’s because it’s close to my house. I went everyday in Grand Rapids and decided to give my local restaurant my business. When I went there for the first time. I had the most amazing bacon egg and cheese bagel. When I went the second time the bagel was so burnt I could hardly eat it. Well today I put my order in online and when I got there I still had to wait another 15 minutes because they were “waiting on bagels”. What a disappointment it was to get a sandwich I paid over $6 for and couldn’t eat it because it was so hard and burnt to a crisp. How is it ok to give your customers this kinda of food after all we are your job security. I have to say I don’t think I’ll be back even though it’s the only McDonalds within a half hour from where I live. I know you can do better McDonalds. Please don’t give us food that you yourself wouldn’t eat

The Newaygo store is almost always dirty. The workers dont care about doing a good job at all, and aren’t very nice to customers. I was extremely disappointed in my last trip. I ordered a double quarter pounder with no pickles. I waited 15 minutes for my food. My burger meat was burnt and the only condiment on my sandwich was pickles. My fries were only half full and cold (they were no salt fries and were put in my bag before my burger meat was even done cooking). I called to let management know about my food being wrong and she wanted me to come back. I should not have to make 2 trips to get the food i paid for made correctly and edible. Unfortunately i do not have a picture to share because i dont usually leave reviews and was so mad i threw away $15 worth of food. I will never be giving this restaurant another penny of mine.

Most annoying time at a fast food place in my life, someone in the car had to use the bathroom so we put in a mobile order, put it under spot number 4, sat there forever(20 min or more, could’ve had actually good food at a sit down place for this BS), finally when went through the drive through to figure it out what was going on, we sat another 5 minutes at the speaker and no one said anything at all just pure silence, then we pulled up to the window just to figure out my order wasn’t in their system, I showed them the address matched and everything, money out of my account and points and now I have to wait 48 hours to use that money and points, I’m sure loving it McDonald’s!!

I ordered an $8.89 chicken sandwich. The sandwich had a squirt of mayo the size of a quarter with about 10 pieces of shredded lettuce. You pay extra for this sandwich to get lettuce, tomato and mayo. I asked for the sandwich to have what I paid for. The staff couldn’t be bothered. Instead of customer service they were socializing and sharing stories about smoking weed. The fries were cold. The service was so incredibly slow.

I showed up before 9 a.m. to order coffee and two breakfast sandwiches. They gave me the coffee and asked me to pull forward to wait for food. There was no-one in front of me when I ordered, paid or got to the window. 15 minutes later, I will still waiting. The person from the restaurant walked out and served the two customers who ordered behind me parked near me. As she walked in, I asked her about my order. She said they were waiting on hash browns. I didn’t order hash browns. After another minute or two another staff person came with the two sandwiches and acted like is was no big deal that I had been waiting for over 15 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. No apology, acknowledgment that they had lost my order. Acted like it was my problem.

I believe if your going to charge people top dollar for food at least make it right for instance if i order a large fry dont give me a medium amount in a large fry the food there just ain’t the same seems almost fake a better word for it I guess is synthetic

There’s generally a problem with orders. Teenagers who think their reactions at the window are funny but aren’t. People don’t appreciate your shitty customer service. Thank God the one near my work is better

A couple months ago, I went in and found that black spot on my bun, I think that’s gross to this day and disgusting. I’m not sure if the higher ups know about this but the last couple times since I’ve come in and it looks like that too. That black spot to me looks like mold and I think the health department needs to be involved.

Mcdonalds is always a hit or miss in my opinion. Sometimes it’s great, nice and hot with your order made properly, then other times there’s a 20 minute wait…mostly on the weekends. The majority of the time I’m pleased with this location however.
