The Big Arch burger is even better than expected. I had doubts of trying it but I said why not, I’ll try it. No regrets. The white cheese and slightly tangy sauce pair very well with the little crispy onions & everything with comes with! I would get it again. Good job McDonald’s to make a burger meal featuring your name. Other than the floor being a bit dirty at 3 in the afternoon everything else was great!

CLEAN, FAST, & The food was hot. Literally the nicest mcdonalds ive been to. The bathrooms were even clean. They have their stuff together here ❤️ family of 4 and nothing was wrong with our order. Thats never heard of for mcdonalds.

I asked 3 times at the window for extra breakfast sauce and got none. Got cold hash browns. A small coffee when i order a large. She put 10 cream 10 sugar . Then asked the manager to fix she got an attitude a told me to call corporate. Horrible experience so sad.

The women in the drive-thru line were insanely rude today. I was asking questions and the first drive thru lady was rude, then vanished. (later found out she had a seizure, which I can empathize with and feel bad for her) however, she was still very rude before leaving, then I didnt know where she went so I was saying “hello” into the intercom where someone yelled “hold on a minute”… so I waited, the next person came to the speaker and I stated that the first woman was rude, (didnt know there was a medical emergency). This woman said, “You dont need to act like that shes having a seizure.” To which I replied, I didnt know that, but Im not acting any sort of way, she was still very rude. Asked for the second girls name. She refused to give it to me and was also insanely rude. I come here twice a week on my way home from my medical infusions, and stop for my neighbor, as he’s elderly and loves the breakfast and cant drive. The lack of professionalism all around and the lack of human decency and disgusting attitude was ridiculous, especially given the medical emergency. Hopefully more training is done. They also argued with me that my order wasnt processed but I have a receipt of completion and the money was taken out of my account, but I didnt get my food. Hopefully Selena is okay, and that the other girl learns some manners and proper conduct in such a situation because that was so offputting and rude.

these people they have working are incompetent. they love to forget simple sauces and make you wait forever. not to mention it’s like they put the ketchup on the outside of the burger on purpose. fry’s are old also.

This McDonald’s is uniquely terrible. Two out of two visits, the service was painfully slow and they screwed up my MOBILE order (where there is no possibility of verbal miscommunication). They just refuse to do their jobs.
It clearly says “Bacon Qtr” and they give me a cheeseburger TWICE IN A ROW.

Now, normally I don’t care to leave reviews when a place isn’t 100% perfect, cause I have worked food service for 10+ years and I know how difficult it can be. It was a busy, yet seamless morning at the drive thru. Nothing felt like it was taking too terribly long with the line of customers. I ordered a McGriddle sub round egg cause I just prefer the flavor of the round vs the scramble folded egg. Paid almost $9 after tax. I finish my drive to work, munching on my perfect hashbrown. I open my sandwich, and what do you know. I was given a sausage mcmuffin. Which not only isnt what I ordered but it is also a cheaper product. To make matters worse it is the SECOND time this has happened at the location. Which just shows me that even with a very simple substitution, I don’t get what I order and I am paying almost double the price for it. The first time, I thought it was just a fluke. Months later to have it happen again just shows no one actually cares. You’re just going to be given whatever the workers decide. So knowing that corporations use these reviews as performance indicators for the managers, I sincerely hope management corrects their team. Cause no one likes getting something they didn’t order, and especially if they are paying more money for what they ordered in the first place. At the end of the day, everybody can understand why this would be frustrating and it’s the last time I am bothering with this location. I don’t think my $9 every few months is going to have an impact on their bottom line, but it’s just a simple call out to the lack of caring the staff has here and I wouldn’t bother ordering here unless you’re okay with just being given whatever order the staff feels like giving you.

Melissa helped me this morning and she was fabulous. I just wanted to give a shout out. She deserves a raise. She was working so hard making everybody happy getting orders out on time and doing it with a beautiful smile.

I just visited this location. Normally I don’t have a problem with my orders but today, unfortunately my quarter pounder with extra cheese was horrible. The cheese was melted into the bread so definitely no extra cheese. The fries were warm, which I requested fresh. I would not recommend this location to anyone when I drove back around to have my sandwich remade, and the fries drop fresh. The cashier assured me that they were cooking my sandwich and they had french fries when they brought them out to my car, which I waited, I saw that they hadn’t cooked a fresh burger or drop fresh fries. I did not eat the food. I threw it away. I did not ask for a refund too frustrated But I would like everyone to know if you want a great burger and fries do not visit this McDonald’s also when I asked for my sandwich and fries to be replaced, they were not happy at all. It was a very uncomfortable situation so I just left. I did call the managerand told her I felt like employees were biased and did not care about how I felt concerning my order she did apologize, but I could tell it wasn’t real. I think there should be an adult supervising this location and if there is one you need to change management, I let it go at the restaurant, but I will not let another customer experience what I did that would be totally unfair.
