I’ve never had an order that was correct it it was more than nuggets.
I’m a local and used to bring my daughter here, won’t be doing that anymore.
Today I came in for a replacement burger, because I ordered a 1/4 with bacon. I got a burnt patty with ketchup and onions.
Today I got a half cooked patty with break soaked in grease as a replacement.
Done with establishment.

Waited for over 20 mins for shitty DRY old food! EVERYTHING WAS OLD AND GROSS!! they even recooked already made fries so they appear “fresh” the AUDACITY!!! Burgers were squished also. Very unprofessional. They were even speaking about inappropriate stuff and I could hear, With my child with me!! Disgusted and disappointed. WASTE OF TIME SND MONEY!! AVOID THIS ONE PPL!!!

I don’t go in and eat so this is all based off my experiences in the Drive-Thru. As far as from time you pull up to the time you get out of there is relatively low wait time but as 1 of only 2 “fast food” restaurants in town you would expect to get through relativity fast, for the most part the employees are relatively decent and well-mannered. I guess that’s more based on the time of day that you go. However the food on the other hand has gone from bad to worse. From the cold hard fries to the lukewarm dried out chicken nuggets it’s not worth ordering anymore I was basically going for their frappes but it seems that over 75% of the time the machines are always down just like every other McDonald’s that I visited. I know it’s a pain in the neck to clean the machines but call the menu item off the menu rather than telling people the machine is broke down all the time. McDonald’s food and service was already declining but since covid it has gotten so much worse. McDonald’s and Taco Bell are the only two so-called fast food restaurants in this town and out of the last 10 times that I’ve grabbed fast food 9 out of the 10 times I’ve gone to Taco Bell. I’ve gone through the drive-thru at McDonald’s there and at the pickup window drove away after paying without my food because the woman working the window has so much makeup kicked on her face that she was sweating it off it’s quite disgusting. I have however that since then she no longer works at that restaurant. I remember as a kid loving McDonald’s but I also remember as a kid McDonald’s was good.

I ordered a Grinch Meal and a Bic Mac Meal. Both meals fries were cold. The Big Mac was terrible. It had no lettuce on it, the patties were cold, and crispy, the bun was hard, and there was a pile of onions in the bottom of the wrapper.

I ordered a 10 piece adult happy meal, get home just to find that my nuggets were not in any of the bags! I sent an email a week ago to corporate, where they told me that they forwarded my complaint and someone will reach out from the buchanan location and nobody ever did. I’ve always gone here out of convenience but this is not the first time my order was messed up, either. From now on I will travel to a different location!

Wow really was going to the beach and on the way needed ice. Decided to go thru the drive thru here and the worker that collected the phone was on the phone and took forever. Then went to the next window and told the guys who seemed to be maybe the team leader that the worker was on the cell phone and he said he would address it but then he said you could of went to the gas station down the street to get ice. REALLY!!!! Yeah and I can make my own cheese burgers at home too. But thats what pays their paycheck customers. Duh. This is why at this McDonald’s I won’t order food. Had paper in the sandwich and actually bit into it. Contacted them and all they sent was a letter say sorry. Now refund or anything.

This McDonald’s has messed up my order too many times to count. I decided I would not go back but after a 12 hour work day I went in anyway. Should have stuck to my decision. Once again they managed to forget my nuggets and gave me the wrong size fry. Definitely won’t be back

Fries are either soggy or hard as if they been refried! Burgers or anything is sloppy put together! I get it’s fast food but cmon! Check your orders or special orders before you leave. Also if you’re ordering for more than two, except at 10 min wait time but I rather have a 10 min wait time then gross fries and lukewarm food.
