I have been through this drive through 30 times since I posted this review and it’s been excellent every single time so I changed it to a five-star review. I don’t want everyone to look bad because of one person.

I ordered through the app. I went through the drive-thru and got an iced coffee. When I order it through the app I order it with no milk and no ice because the ice Waters down the flavor. I’ve had about four of my coffee’s handed out the window with ice in it after I put no ice in the app. I didn’t say anything. This time I said something. The guy at the window was awesome he’s always showing excellent customer service. However the older lady in the back with the long grayish hair and glasses she rolled her eyes and said oh my God that she had to remake mine. Well don’t put ice in it whenever the screen clearly shows that it says no ice. Is it the biggest deal in the world know it’s not but you know what her nasty Behavior I can only imagine what she puts her co-workers through. The next time I go and she gives me a hard time, we’re going to have loud words in front of everybody. She’s not going to treat me like that again I promise! If she was doing her job then she wouldn’t have had anything to complain about. And if she’s a manager, you need to get a different one.

They completely ignore customers inside. The remodel is depressing. Below is a photo of a Filet o fish with a quarter piece of cheese and it was cold and rubbery. I want a refund for the entire meal. There’s no reason to serve such sub-par food. They know they sent that out. I miss the days when people took a bit of pride in their work.

Atmosphere was great and there’s a play area with a large slide. However they acted like each individual fry came out of their check. Both large fries were filled before the edge of the front of the container. Absolutely ridiculous.

I arrived at 10:29 a.m. and asked the lady what she had for breakfast. She told me they were already at lunch. And then I saw that two people after me had ordered breakfast. Incredible.

Wanted to try the new blt burger, 1st problem the guy doing the drive thru was either having a bad day or he really hates his job….but I guess the grunt he made constituted a your welcome so there’s that.
I order 2 of the blt meals 24.00 bucks worth of food….all regular size.
We get home unpack pack the bag, fries are old and boxes half full.
1 burger was Cooked all the way thru, the second as you can see raw not pink but raw on the inside.
So done with mcdonalds. They are going to make someone sick.

The place is slow and disgusting inside. After waiting for ten minutes for an order that consisted of only 3 beverages and a medium fry none of our order had been started. The manager, Joe, had actually sent the counter person to break, which may explain why he was so defensive and rude. When I asked about my order, the manager, Joe, rudely told me I would have to wait my turn. I was the only customer waiting in the lobby, there is no reason my drinks couldn’t be made before all the drive through orders were handed out. I was forced to order from the kiosk because I was tired of waiting for the cashier, manager, and employee on break argue about whether or not the employee could get a salad and a French fry. This restaurant has poor management and is rarely clean inside.

I want to congratulate you you know what a Big Mac is it’s it’s made probably it’s made properly with two buns and it’s actually a Big Mac it’s it actually has a proper name to it because in other areas like the McDonald’s down here in in Monroe I don’t know what a Big Mac is like little you know it’s like a single size like you know it’s not a Big Mac at all so thank you and you guys are very friendly and you have wheelchair accessibility and all that sort of thing and and it’s very convenient and very clean keep up the good work

The sausage on the mc muffin is half (literally half) the thickness it used to be. On both sandwiches it was burned dark brown and dried out. They were not good sandwiches at all and barely warm.
