I said LARGE FRY, not large box half full of rock hard crunchy fries. Other than that wasn’t bad I got to listen to an old Jimmy Buffett concert while I waited, yes the whole concert by then my food was ready, that explains the rock hard half full box of fries. Shut er down!

Absolutely will not be back. The young lady who attended the counter was polite and helpful. That’s the only good thing I can say. The bathroom was filthy, the main counter and carpet were filthy, and there were flies everywhere. Fries were barely cooked and the McDouble I ordered was a sloppy mess at best. After seeing the interior, I chose to not eat any of the food and chanced it with the iced tea I ordered. The tea was good. Yikes.

Place is a joke. Most of staff especially the managers very unfriendly. Food always cold and buns always hard. Or burgers are burnt. I ordered 2 double cheese and received the 2 that must have been sitting in the trash can all day. Couldn’t even get the courage to bite into it was repulsive. This was after I went to my home and I went back to replace the doubles and they matched the same quality while I waited 10 more minutes at the counter. Complete waste of time AND money. Do yourself a favor and hit the dollar general behind them and make yourself some lunch or dinner and save yourself the frustration that I experience going there EVERYTIME. Oh that’s right, the dollar general never has any food on the shelves either because the workers sit in the back room and never stock anything and wait a half hour in line at one register when there are 2 and they just peep their heads out and say he she say and then disappear. Moved to this town here 2yrs ago thinking it would be a pleasant small town but boy am I wrong. It’s a complete let down and man what a rip off property taxs are here… enough ranting about bronson in general.. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALD’S AND KEEP DRIVING RIGHT THRU BRONSON YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Mc Donald’s just rolled out it’s New Jalapeño cheesy Quarter Pounder and it’s AMAZING!! I rarely use that adjective about fast foods but this really takes the Quarter Pounder to a whole new level! Service was super fast and particularly for dining in. Kudos to the Store Manager for running such a well managed operation.

Just went there for breakfast and they made us pull up to wait on food. They gave us the wrong drinks and when we got new ones the entire cup was filled with ice from top to bottom. We had received our food and our hash browns were burnt and we couldn’t even bite through them. Definitely don’t recommend

I’ve been coming here off & on for yrs. due to living in the area. One thing that’s always gaurenteed?….POOR QUALITY! Whether it’s burnt, dry sausage mcmuffins or not “cooked to order” specialty sandwiches or cold fries, they never fail to disappoint. My dog even turns his face at this quality of food. I’d never suggest this McDonald’s to anyone! I would have given negative stars but it wasn’t an option! If ur thinking about coming here… DON’T! Stay home n make ramen, u will be happier n won’t feel nauseated afterwards.

Ever encountered somebody who speaks in such a condescending, high pitched, super fake, saccharine, and insulting tone that it just drives you up the wall instantly even though I’m sure they believe they’re being very cheerful? Now let’s add them interrupting you while you’re speaking to place your order on top of the that. I felt like I wanted to dash my own brains out upon a rock
I wasn’t able to finish my order. I hate being interrupted and I couldn’t stand that dreadful cartoon princess voice.
I stated “I can’t do this” and I took off. Also- maybe employees shouldn’t make dirty faces like they are really that clueless out the drive-thru window at the customer as he goes by because he couldn’t deal with being spoken to in that fashion by someone who sounded like there may have been a few french fries missing in their Happy meal.
