We went to go get dinner and we sat in drive through for about 30 minutes and no one came over the intercom. And then two more people showed up to get their dinner etc. 10 minutes late still nothing then they shut down the screens so we all left mad because it says they are open until 1 am they didn’t say nothing or anything that’s why I hate coming to this location and make me drive a extra 10 minutes away from home that I shouldn’t have to. This needs to be fixed ASAP me and my husband both are not happy and others who was in line. It’s 12:07 now this happened at 11:45 until 12 y’all do your jobs and take care of your customers don’t close early because your to lazy to work

Ordered using the app. I received fries that weren’t cooked and still bathed in oil. My daughter’s chicken sandwich was over cooked. My sauce for my nuggets was wrong. I would expect better service for higher prices!! Not a very good McDonald’s.

Placed an app order at 11:30 PM. Drove up to McDonald’s at 11:40 PM. We had 1 vehicle in front of us. Didn’t move at all for 20 minutes. We tried to call to see what the problem was and why 2 lanes were at a stand still for such a long time. The phone must have been off the hook, because there was a busy signal that didn’t quit. Well we soon found out the reason, because when we were finally made it up to the speaker at exactly midnight, the lights turned off. So we drove right up to the go window to let them know, we placed an app order. The manager was extremely rude, told us “we close at midnight.” We explained that on the website it said they do not close until 1:00 am. She was very flippant and told us, ” we were not getting our food, she had already turned off the grills and fryers and there is nothing she could do about it.” (mind you, this was at exactly midnight) She then closed the window and walked away. Some manager!!! Quite the plan she has going on. Turn off thr grills and fryers, make people wait in line for 20 plus minutes, turn off the lights, and you dont have service the customers nor do you have to work before you close.

This is by far the best McDonald’s around! The urbandale McDonald’s! The food is always the most fresh when you go to this one. I had the best experience today with my kids and nephews. Thank you for making our day!!! They were all smiles and that’s all because of the staff being so incredibly kind!! We couldn’t stop talking about it on the way home. 🙂

Order mobile order well before midnight. Sat in line for 15 mins and still before midnight. Finally get up there and they won’t take our ordered we paid for. Manager was very rude and shut the door on us while we were talking! Didnt even try to make it or make it right. Absolutely horrible service.

I waited in the mobile pickup area for 9 minutes. The employee (looked like a manager uniform) approached my window as I was coughing, shoved my drink towards me, pulled it back when I went to reach for it X2. When I finally got my bag I commented that I wasn’t aware we were doing staring contests to get our food now. She walked away from my car and then yelled from the door that I didn’t say anything to her when she said hi. Geez you’re right, sorry I couldn’t stop coughing to say hi. Fries were lukewarm and only half cooked and after a couple of bites into the burger, discovered it wasn’t fully cooked either. The food and service were completely disgusting today. Not going back to this one.

If you can get DD to pick another location, I highly suggest it. This location consistently forgets to put items in the bag. I had three items. Just three. The french fries. It even says fries on the side of the dang bag and they still didn’t end up in there. And I know they weren’t taken by the driver because the bag with the food was sealed inside of another bag. I’m tired of being ripped off here and soon, you will be too.
