Haven’t been to this location (Columbia Ave 49015) in almost 2 years because they can never seem to get an order right. Unfortunately DD won’t let you change it to the one right up the street. So I gave it a shot. This is what I received. Who at that location can’t read? This doesn’t even ALMOST look like my order! And the worst part was, they had some disgusting ranch mayo on the cheeseburgers, so they weren’t even edible! Are you guys serious right now?

Gone are the days of just getting a burger and a coke from the drive through. I think it’s insane that the parking lot is no longer used for parking cars. But now it’s used as a staging area for the drive through. It’s got to be going on 15 minutes now. Just sitting here as the cars stack up all around me. I want to be pissed at the staff. But they didn’t do this. What should I do? I guess I’ll be back again in a month or two.

Went there to grab a late dinner and there was only 3 people ahead of me and one was already at the window. I ordered my food and ended up waiting 45 whole minutes from ordering to getting my food. Thats a very very long wait for them not being busy. Then i didn’t even receive my large fries that I ordered but bc i had waited so long to get my food i just left. I only live one block away from there and my food was cold like very cold and the nuggets were hard. It didnt even seem like its was over cooked. More like it was just really old and uneatable. This was an absolute horrible experience. I experienced this one other time at the one in penfield as well and it was around 930pm both times. I think mc donalds is gonna have to be another place i stop going to from here on out. Not worth my time and a big waste of money since nothing i bought could get eaten. If u r looking for somewhere to eat, dont go to mc donalds on columbia yall its so bad there

I come here a lot and normally my order is fine and everything there but today I had some issues. Seems to be new management or workers. I had to be pulled for fresh cookies no problem. After my food is brought out I had to retune to window for forgotten sauces not in the bag. The manager made it seem as if I would lie I let her check my bag willingly so she replaces the sauces she says her employee packed. Then her to return again realizing they forgot my 8 cookies the whole reason I was pulled to begin with. So when I went inside she questioned me not getting them as if I’m lying and I tell her what would I lie for I’m a shift manager at a restaurant too! She seemed bothered by my attitude at this point and tells me it’s only food. That’s not the point the issue is the hassle, the waited and wasted time of your restaurants mistake not once but twice! I am tired after a work day myself! Check your bags!

Pathetic Service and Quality, to say the least. Ordered a simple mcdouble NO ONION, and clearly, they didn’t give a crap.
When I called for a refund, I was demanded I bring the food back even though gas is 3.50 a gallon!!! SO they could “do nothing”

This McDonalds used to be so good. But the last year or 2, they’re an absolute mess. Never, EVER, get your food at the window. Always have to wait 10-20 mins in the roundabout for food. And half the time it’s wrong or they forgot sauce or items so you have to go back around or go inside.
Today I got the snack wrap meal and this was how my snack wrap was wrapped. The chicken was BARELY even in the tortilla.
This McDonald’s has become an absolute mess.

Slow waited 10 minutes for nuggest. To get home and see they didn’t put the fris in the bag. Overall service was a a 0 outta 5. Hire more people or get more space.

Easily the worst Mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. Every time we go its a long wait, rude staff and cold food. Just waited in the drive through for over 35 mins for two meals, still cold. Do not go to this Mcdonalds, E Columbia is 100% better !

Spent $16.49 on 2 large shakes and 2 large fries. Does this look like a large fry should?!?! I’m tired of these businesses ripping consumers off to save a few pennies. Come on, McDonald’s, billions served….. BILLIONS MADE. Give consumers what they paid for.
