25 minutes for 4 chicken tenders? Then they are out of the requested dipping sauce and don’t give us anything else?. Not to mention when I did finally get them, they weren’t even hot, they were rubbery/burnt and one of the tenders had a piece ripped off like someone tried a bite. What’s up McDonald’s?!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald’s in my entire life. We were rushed through the windows, told to pull forward, then were herded off like sheep before we could even ask for anything or look in the bag. By the time we looked in the bag and notice part of the order we paid for was missing the worker already high tailed it back in the restaurant. Then we go back around and waste more time waiting again in the the drive through in attempt to resolve THEIR error, just to get treated rudely by the shift manager insulting the value of our time. She refused any resolution, so needless to say we never got part of the order we paid for. Hopefully this review helps resolve the issue.

ordered 2 plain quarter pounders no cheese for dog.
Person that took my order was super friendly and efficient.
He sent the order through.
As i waited in the window for food, person preparing asked no cheese on both. Person who took order said yes.
When I got home, there was only 1 quarter pounder and had cheese. Fine, we all make mistakes. I called twice and both times no one answered and voice mail not set up.
Easy enough solution. I will not go back.

Horrible experience this evening. Chicken sandwich had literally no chicken (just bun *nuked cheese & pickles) lol what the hell was that, burger was burnt and not edible, fries were under done, and missed an order of nuggets. I totally understand mistakes, but what don’t understand is not answering your phone if there is an issue (called numerous times). This is a business, and that pretty is unprofessional.

It’s worth the 20 minute drive to another city for McDonald’s, this place is an absolute joke, only car in line and takes 30 minutes for an order, and then they make you pull forward and forget what you ordered. When we finally got our order, we were missing half of it and didn’t have time to wait to get it fixed. Will never be back again. Every time I come here there is always something wrong with my food or order, it’s mind boggling that this McDonald’s location is still in business.

This is the least McDonald’s in Kalamazoo that I would go to It actually takes quite a while to get through the drive-thru and the staff is not very helpful I guess very busy to where they get distracted pretty easy and are not very pleasant to be around at times I know it can get hard at restaurants that are busy but communication is the best key and your customers should come first!

Food was good, restaurant is clean and so are the restrooms. My son and I came here for lunch and enjoyed a nice and quiet lunch together the staff was busy but friendly. Even in the background it wasnt loud and chaotic. It was a busy lunch shift.

I didn’t think I’d ever leave a bad review anywhere because I also work customer service and I understand that it’s a hard position that is mentally draining and I always give the benefit of the doubt, but this really takes the cake for me. I ordered through the door dash app and unfortunately every time I order a hot coffee they make it iced. Every. Single. Time. I don’t understand how this mistake can be made over and over again. Not sure if the coding for the drinks need to come up differently or if they just need to pay more attention. I get it, when it gets busy you tend to just glance, but this is honestly bonkers. With the price of everything nowadays, a get it done right attitude is needed. Please do better!! I do try to be devil’s advocate, but in this case I just can’t.

Just about the worst McDonald’s you could go to. This McDonald’s runs out of stuff all the time, has screwed up our orders many times. Many of the workers curse and do not act professionally in a place of business where customers are dinning and can hear everything. This location needs a revamp in management and employees. Because nothing is working.
