Got egg shells in my sandwich over 3 times, guy at window just laughs i eat breakfast at McDonald’s every day and food getting worse.. English muffins early heated , taste way better toasted and at least I wouldn’t notice the egg shells. 9th st and paw paw both been leaving egg shells.

This happened at 8:20 pm don’t know if that matters but we’re beyond irritated. Listened to my boyfriend order our meal perfectly to the person taking his order on drive through. He brings home four burgers exactly the same with everything in it. We ordered 2 normal McDoubles and 2 double cheese burgers with only onion and Mayo. The condiments that were on there might as well not been as we had to use our own at home. The experience I continue to have at this location and paw paws location have beyond disappointed me.

All McDonald’s seem to just be getting worse. The floors here are slippery from oil not from outside moisture, most of their ordering machines are broke, they don’t have a person working the front counter, we have been waiting 20 minutes and still don’t have our food. I totally am not recommending any McDonald’s ever again.

25 minutes exactly from when we paid until when we got our food( 2 burgers and a medium fry) plus approximately 10 minutes from when we ordered until we paid. I could sit down and order in an actual restaurant faster than that.

Very disappointed that my husband and I arrived here to get some breakfast before driving 6 hours home. When we arrived the young lady who spoke to us mumbled through the speaker, so my husband didn’t hear her, so she raised her voice and said “are you going to order” my husband apologized and said he didn’t hear her and that he had a code, she mumbled something back so he just moved on and was ready to order. We both agreed it was not really all the friendly but maybe she’s just having a bad day so we moved on. The reason I decided to write the review is because when we did pull forward to get our food the girl who handed us our food just stared at my husband like he was stupid with the bag in her hand. He said thank you and she just shut the window. We weren’t rude, we didn’t order a bunch, the only thing was we were there early in the morning, but it was still an hour past open and we just wanted some breakfast before hitting the road. Other than the off putting atmosphere from the employees the food was good, they were fast, and we got everything perfectly fine. I just wish (as someone who did fast food for 6 years) that we were treated a little nicer, and I’m hoping that’s not how the employees treat every customer.

Waited 20 min for two burgers, a fry, and a coke. All food was cold. So obviously its not like they were making it fresh for me to wait 20 min. And the burgers tasted like I was eating a three day old burger. McDonald’s sucks anymore. Place is disgusting. Poor work ethic.

Nice clean place that wasn’t too busy. The 5$ meal deal is literally the most Goated thing in the world if they got rid of it I would sell my kidney for real for real. The staff were chill and nice as usual, and the delivery of food was fast hence the name “fast food” . Anywaayyyyyy, come to this Mickie- Deez if you want good service in a timely manner.

I sat in the drive thru for almost 25 minutes. There is only one person taking orders for both lanes so she doesn’t even say anything to me until the other car is done ordering and it was a big order. I could’ve had my order placed and been waiting less time if someone was helping. I get to the window to cash out and the lady is on her damn phone. I get my food and the hashbrowns are flimsy and taste like old grease. The coffee tastes like hot water. Absolutely horrible.

I was working and decided to go through the drive thru here a few weeks ago, and ordered a hamburger and fries. I got back on the highway and opened my burger and it was a double cheeseburger. I can not eat cheese, so I simply had to throw away the sandwich and, since I was so busy, my only lunch was French fries. I sent in a customer comment, as I was irritated I basically threw away money I could have spent elsewhere and actually received a lunch i could eat, and got a reply 2 days later that the comment was being sent on to the franchise owner who would reach out to me. I have never heard from anyone at this location. So disappointed, as this was one of the only decent McDonald’s left in the area, and now I will no longer return as it is clear they do not value their customers.

Everything about this place is horrendous. Nothing is done right, and it’s done terribly slow. They will send you to a reserved spot in the drive thru with an empty drive thru line to pad their drive thru order times. Then they forget they sent you to wait there and you wait for no exaggeration 20 MINUTES before having to go inside to see where your DRIVE THRU order is. This has happened multiple times. They claim to be “open 24rs” but was told they were closed at 11pm tonight. The picture of the “McDouble” I had to wait 20 minutes in the reserved spot for, just to go in and get myself, is a perfect example of how this place operates. Whoever manages/ oversees this location needs to find a new profession. The food industry is not for them. It is an absolute shame that establishments are coming to this.
