Stay as far away as you can from this McDonald’s. Historically, their service had been horrible but tonight tops it all. I have never in my life experienced such rudeness as I did tonight from a “business”. I honestly don’t understand how they are even open or allowed to operate the way they do.
However, I stayed late at work tonight and decided on McDonald’s before I knew the others near me were all closed.
I placed my order on the app so I would avoid the wait. When I arrived, no one answered at the drive-through. Finally, after I said to the speaker I had already paid for my food, they instructed me to drive up to the second window, which I did. When I arrived at the second window, every “employee” remained on their phones or doing whatever they had been doing when I came. My presence at the window was not acknowledged by even one of them who had looked right at me. When one of them finally did come up to the window, he told me to drive around to a different window. I did not do that – I was the only “customer” in sight. (They did not act like employees or treat me as a customer)
This first young man yelled out someone else’s name. That person told me that they couldn’t refund my money if they couldn’t pull up my order. I had not asked for a refund. I was there to get my food. No one had told me that they could not pull up my order.
I left without my food or my money because it was clearly futile and maddening to even attempt to communicate with these young people. I recommend staying as far away from this place as possible from McDonalds on Stadium Drive.
PLEASE owner. Do not say you’re going to look into this. Because clearly you don’t and haven’t and don’t intend to based on the other reviews.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff is rude 100% of the time. I was served the “coke” on the left. Very obvious that the syrup is out, so I asked for a diet instead. Lady at the window didn’t even say a single word to me. Just stuck her arm out the window with my food and coke flavored water. Fries are always horribly undersalted every. Single. Time. Don’t spend your money here

It is McDonald’s. We had a lot going to day so we decided to order from McDonald’s…their food is very consistent. I really like the Egg McMuffin and the sausage McMuffin with egg. They are my favorite breakfast sandwiches. We were across the street from McDonald’s and I ordered off the app. It worked great. When we got to the restaurant, I couldn’t enter my parking space number, so we went inside and everything was waiting for…very convenient.

This is the absolute worse McDonald’s in Kalamazoo. I placed an online order for a 20 pcs nugget, 2 Large fries, a 4 pcs nugget kids meal and 3 drinks and it took them 2 hours to prepare this, I sat in their lobby for an hour and a half waiting on this order for my grandkids.. Staff wouldn’t answer me, maintenance had to help prepare food.. just horrible place, any wait for them to get shut down… oh and the WILL NOT answer the phone when you call.

I feel HORRIBLE for any poor worker who is employed here.
2/10/26 I come through the Drive Thru. No one is at the speaker for 10+ minutes until they get the first 5+ cars out of the way, then they helped the last 3, which I have no issue with because they clearly didn’t have enough workers. God BLESS the SINGLE KID I can see doing literally everything. Food was perfect and I don’t care that it took a while because they were clearly doing the best they possibly could.
A week ago I came in the middle of the day and the same thing happened. Poor kids walking up to me in the drive thru asking what I got and barely having time to speak to me because they’re so busy. WHO is general managing this place??
Upper management must be closing their eyes or unable to help. Every time I come here it’s a bunch of teenagers who are doing their best but clearly are stressed out because they are understaffed with 20 cars in their drive thru + inside orders.
Never the workers fault. I would love to see the general manager step in 🙁

Took over an hour to get the food that was ordered on a non busy night. Was asked four times what the mobile order was only to end up with the wrong food and flat drinks. One burger had a rock hard bun and truly tasted terrible. I honestly cannot come up with one reason as to why 2 hamburgers take over an hour to be made and sent out. Very disappointing. Also witnessed many other people having to wait 45 minutes

Staff was completely rude both mangers on duty 2/14/26 1pm. We were handed a rag to wipe down our tables. We haded our food with no drinks had to ask multiple times for cups and ranch. The soda was very flat
The only nice person that accommodated us was the maintenance man getting us our ranch finally. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

The burgers here aren’t anything special compared to other McDonald’s locations. They’re decent and taste fine.
However, this McDonald’s does not have a baby changing table. That was honestly shocking and very stressful for me.
If you’re planning to visit with a baby, please be aware that there is no place to change diapers.

I sat there for a long time and no one took my order. So I pulled around and the window was open but no one was there, I said hello is any one here 5 times, but no 9ne answered. I pulled ahead to the next window and there were 2 people there, the guy looked at me then turned and walked away.

I showed up here as a dasher, this was my second time, as my first time when I showed up no one was at the register and another dasher had to reach over the counter to give me my order because we were waiting for ten minutes. This time was no different and no one was at the register at all. There was me, a customer, and another dasher. This McDonald’s had horrible service they took forever, employees actively ignored us, just walking right past us not even looking at us, sometimes just to be on their phones, and they weren’t even busy. The dining room was empty, and the drive thru had one car. When I showed up, the order was already done but behind the register so I couldn’t get it. Eventually after standing there for 15 minutes one of the workers walked up, asked what we needed and took the first customer’s order and then gave the other dasher her food, and then another dasher came in, the worker looked at me and chose to serve the other dasher instead. One that dasher got his food, the worker looked at me, and just turned around to go to the kitchen and I realized he was just on his phone and even mumbled “I got too many messages”. Eventually, after another 6 minutes, a worker came in and before they even clocked in I told them to give me my order. The customer who walked in with me in the beginning even said “next time I’m going to Burger King.” This place sucks and the workers are lazy as hell. And I can’t help but think that worker DELIBERATELY chose to ignore me and not give me my food.
