There have been 1 star reviews for about a year now and obviously, nothing in the restaurant has changed. Still have very rude employees, bad services, bad food, orders are ALL wrong or not getting our food even after paying for it. What a joke. Do better McDonald’s owner.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered at the drive thru. It took a few minutes for anyone to come to the speaker. We ordered 4 burritos, that’s it!!! No meal, no drink, no sauce, nothing else. We get to the pickup window and she asks me to drive forward. I said, no, I’m good, I’ll wait here. She yelled at me to go forward. They still need to roll the burritos…lol. I mean, how long does it take to roll a burrito? There wasn’t anyone ahead of us or behind us. I said I can wait, another lady further in the window yelled at me. I just drove off!!! What a joke. I was afraid they might spit in my food.
I will NEVER, NEVER, EVER go to this McDonald’s again!!!
I hope they close it down and/or get another store manager and better employees or a new owner. I know they are franchises but give me a break.
I would never recommend this McDonald’s ever!!! Good luck if you go there.
Tried to go through the drive through around 9:10am on 12/02/25 but was utterly ignored. Called “hello?” a few times, no response at all. There were two cars ahead of me that had ordered, so it was open, just ignored. Parked, went inside. It has been snowing heavily, and there was not one single floor mat in the entire entrance or lobby. Slipped on the wet floor in the entryway and didn’t fall only because I was able to grab the door. No wet floor signs in sight. Was then completely ignored at the counter. Finally went to the self-ordering kiosk, which failed to print me a receipt, so I didn’t know my order number when they were calling out orders. While I was waiting for my food, I saw an employee in the back pull her cell phone out of her pocket with her gloved hands, text for a couple minutes while people were waiting for the food she was working on, and then she WENT BACK TO MAKING THE FOOD, STILL WEARING THE SAME GLOVES. Everyone was moving at a snail’s pace and acting like the customers were just a huge inconvenience. I’m done with this company. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had a good experience in one of their restaurants, the food is getting ridiculously expensive for the junk that it is, and the company clearly doesn’t care about taking care of and motivating its employees, or presenting a quality experience to the customers that keep them in business. Which I will not be anymore. 0/10 disgusting place.
This has to be the most rude staff I have ever met in my entire life I’ve lived in 3 different states and never had an experience like this McDonalds gave me.
I’m sorry I said pancakes instead of hotcakes I’m sorry you’re having a bad day but I’m paying for food and services and I expect to not get treated like garbage.
Secondly I got overcharged and food was missing on top of dealing with this “wild” employee telling me that sausage doesn’t come with the hot cakes and sausage meal.
I will never be back to this location ever. Good thing about fast food there is plenty of options also I’m disputing the charge on my card when I asked you for that 2nd sausage you didn’t fully cook it. Don’t you have a timer for that or is the staff too dumb and rude for that too?
I get my order, and it’s completely wrong. I asked for no apples and still got them. The burger was made wrong. I mean a happy meal doesn’t even come with cheese. My pickles only burger was cheese and a ketchup explosion. After the whole can’t do half sweet/unsweet tea thing, they had given me a lemonade tea… Nothing was right. Maybe, they were having a bad day, but a completely wrong order and a bad attitude for something I was unaware of, as I said the app allows, and I’ve always ordered, is not even decent customer service. I’ll just drive down to the other locations from now on or go somewhere else. I did not feel comfortable going back to ask them to fix it. Maybe, this is why there was a heated conversation between the workers and the car in front of me.
