Through the drive-thru I ordered an Iced Mocha with no whip, no chocolate drizzle, and added caramel drizzle. The first time they handed it to me it was in the wrong size cup, had whip, and had no mocha sauce. No problem mistakes happen. I reminded them of the no whip and so they took it back and lightly scraped off some of the whip and immediately handed it back to me. Still not what I wanted, and I got the impression that I was holding up their drive thru, so I pulled around, parked, and came inside to try and resolve the issue. While inside, I asked them if they could remake it with no whip, and to confirm that there is mocha sauce in the drink of which there was none in the first attempt. Once again, they remade the drink, except for this time there was still no mocha sauce and instead there was a pool of chocolate sauce on the top. By now, the fries that I had ordered were getting cold in the car and so I just had to call it a loss and leave because after trying to explain to the employees what was wrong with the drink, I genuinely believed that there no one in the building that properly knew how to make the drink. The kind woman at the front counter tried her best to communicate with her coworkers what was wrong with the drink, but other than that no manager or person making the drink was willing to come talk to me at the counter about what exactly I wanted. Kind of a hidden treasure if you like southern (aka Mississippi and Louisiana) cookin’. Corn bread will blow you away. The giant banyan tree and music might too! (I reserve 5 stars for 5 star restaurants )

Andrea was so helpful and polite—I ordered on Christmas and didn’t realize they were closed and she hooked me up and had my order remade, and the staff was just super friendly and quick. DOORDASHED FOD FROM THIS MCDONALDS AND OF COURSE ITEMS WERE MISSING! They wouldn’t even let us come back to pick up the items WE PAID FOR! They said contact DoorDash. DoorDash didn’t miss the items YOU DID! Do not go to the McDonald’s!! PLUS the pricing on St Joe Hwy McDonald’s is way cheaper, better quality and the staff treat you better

I’ve been to this place a few times for breakfast at this point. And it’s pretty standard McDonald’s. Nothing out of the ordinary. I can say it is rather clean. Food is under-salted and dry, and biscuits are on the dry side also. I have a picture of their Double Quarter Pounder.
Update 1: Sometimes, they just put things together and throw it out as fast as you can. Ex: My Egg & Cheese Bagel
Update 2: Quarter pounder came out great again. I also tried the Shamrock shake and chocolate chip cookies. I thought the shake was great and not too sweet nor bland. I liked how everything was well packaged. No complains here!

Make sure you don’t listen to the employees in the background or you’ll hear them insulting customers calling them whales like they did to my husband. “Land whale? I see the whale part” we specifically drive out of our way to come to this location because we used to find the service was better, apparently it’s worse.
