I may not have gotten my order right every time, but the customer service is amazing!! Such great people with Great customer service skills!!! Jacob is great and the lady in the morning time is the sweetest you gotta come here. Longest wait times. Have now had multiple instances of them accepting mobile orders and then not receiving the order. They are routinely closed during business hours for one reason or another and make no effort to communicate this to customers and will still accept mobile orders when this is the case.

I. And through starving after professionaly cleaning all day. I ordered a q,p meal with a chocolate shake. It was the absolute BEST McDonald’s meal I have ever had! The burger was hot and fresh, and my shake was perfect. The staff were so accommodating with a kind smile. Thank you so much for striving to make me happy. You guys were great

Ordered one large fry and it took 10+ minutes. When I recieved them they were maybe 3/4 full. And the kid practically threw them on the counter when they were done. Waste of my time and money ($5 for a large fry) coming here. Never good service or food.

I have never been to a slower McDonald’s in my life. Everytime i pull to the drive thru (n i mean everytime), i sit n watch no cars move forward except for the cars in front of me that had enough waiting n just leave the line. It would actually be quicker to drive 8 milles to the Okemos McDonald’s. The people seem nice. They just need to hire at least 10 more. 50% of the time i just peace out cuz of the line”s lack of motion. Also,you’d think after all that waiting, the food would be hot n fresh. That’s about a 50% chance also. Note: i had time to write this while litterly sitting in front of the order speaker waiting after they said “I’ll be right with you”. Umm Not! One hour later…

Food was ready quick and somewhat fresh, don’t expect any ketchup or mustard on your cheeseburgers an hour before closing. Patties were awfully dry too.

They closed but had the app running and taking orders, so I showed up with a car of kids expecting Happy meals to find the place closed. Staff there could not tell me how to get my money back, but it wasn’t their problem. So as of this time this location owes me money.

Went through the drive thru. My friend and I each ordered fries and a drink. It wasn’t busy but seemed to extra time and they forgot a drink. It was just a few minutes more. The salt did come with fries. I would suggest cutting the amount in half. I will ask next time
