Ordered a hot coffee at kiosk. I was only person at the front of store. Waited 5-10 min to then finally have a person tell me they had to make a new pot of coffee. Then waited another 5-10 min. Never again will I stop at McDonald’s for a 15+ min wait for a coffee.

Went through the drive thru got a medium coffee& hash brown. They didn’t close the lid to my coffee all the way when I grabbed it it went all over me very hot coffee all my hands & clothes. Went inside told them that chuckled a little and said here’s a new cup nothing else. Did not replace my coffee or anything just laughed at my hands that were burning.

We ordered through the app and got to the windows, got a receipt and then couldn’t find our order after bringing orders to other cars behind us. Literally came back out and asked for our receipt and they game our food to one of the other cars behind us. Not worth the 45 minutes of a wait. Fast food my ass.

Stop pulling cars fwd to receive orders by hand. You are confusing your employees, and forcing them out into bad weather with this dishonest practice. They come out the door with 3 orders for 3 cars, so its no surprise I get the wrong order frequently. You are obviously trying to cheat the drive-thru timer. Clean up your act if you are going to continue to gouge us with price hikes. At this point, Id rather go to the dollar store and get a TV dinner than go to McDonalds, and that should scare you.

Terrible customer service I went through the drive through and there was a kid who kept asking me “what?” After I would very clearly and coherently say the order I was making because after the 3rd “what?” I wasn’t sure if he could even hear the first 2 items right.

Attempted to pick up a quick sweet treat. No surprise ice cream machine is down. No problem. It happens. Ordered two pies. Pay and wait, but then we are told they only have one. We were not given the option to wait for more to bake. Manager claims he will refund us both and then recharge for a single one. The price is higher per pie if you only get one. We would have been happy to wait or swap for cookies if they had offered, but chose to go to a different mcdonalds instead.

Was just at this facility and the service isn’t real good and my drink tasted like the milk or cream was bad. Also the fries were cold and the chicken in the snack wraps were over done and dry.all in all I won’t be eating there anymore.
