This McDonald’s has rapidly declined in the last year or so. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. The kids they hire now days can even great you with a kind hello, they virtually never say thank you and even say nothing at all when handing you your food, literally just walk away or let the window shut. We were there yesterday and the young lady in the drive through acted as if we were interfering with her chatting or something. We I asked for the manger to complain she stood behind him smirking the whole time. I even pointed it out to the manager who wouldnt even turn to look at her. He obviously didnt care and also acted as if we were only stopping the process. We canceled our order and left. It’s sad, I grew up in this town and have been going here for years. That’s definitely going to change. And to add to it, the manager looked like he just woke up. His uniform was a messed up, unshaven, wearing a red and white stocking cap. Seriously, take some pride in the way you look and act. Your in customer service not working in a garage!

I placed my order at 1pm on the lobby kiosk, took my ticket to the waiting are, and watched for seven minutes while the team cheerily ignored lobby guests and worked only drive through. Why did I go in? To evade the ridiculous wait in DT. FAT CHANCE.

SoS in any fast food I’ve ever worked is 30 at the window, 60 at the counter. So, when I inquired about the wait, after 5 of the 8 minutes I had available had elapsed, imagine my surprise when I learned they hadn’t even started the ticket. Knowing how long a refund would take, I decided to wait. If 3 minutes wasn’t going towork, 30 certainly wouldn’t.

Why was the time crunch so important? We get exactly fifteen minutes for break. That doesn’t start when we arrive. Being in the area I figured I had enough time to take one of my fifteens and get fed. I had literally eight minutes left when I entered the line. They were informed when I had two minutes left and all I got was attitude.

7 times standard speed of service is laughable. No matter what time of day it is. And if I had popped off like your cashier did on the way out , I’d have been fired before I finished speaking.

“I can’t control the grill, dude.”

Correct. Because you’re not on grill. Do you know what you can control? You can control your attitude. If you can control whether you see that the orders per hour are increasing. You can control whether or not you call out to your manager that you’re swamped and you need help. You can control watching your team drowning and deciding to say nothing.

You can control errors. There were 2 of the same sandwich, no onion add mayo, ahead of me. A minimum of 3 were made because I could hear them arguing in the back about it. You can control weather you offer me one of the mistakes to get me out of line faster. I’d have taken the deal and been happy about it.

Your manager can control having enough staff on a shift to handle demand. Your manager can control watching a developing situation and doing nothing about it instead of getting that out over the top. For somebody who you know has been waiting 7 times longer than they should.

Maybe your company allows late clock in. Maybe your company doesn’t care as much about having service for the time paid. Mine cares enough about it to fire a person for being five seconds late to clock in from break.

I’m hypoglycemic. If I don’t eat regularly during a physically strenuous job I will black out. I didn’t visit your location by choice.I had to. I didn’t trust you by choice. I had to. And you screwed me.

The only reason you got 2 stars on the food was because by some miracle, your crew was intelligent enough to leave the onions off.

I will never be back. My entire fleet has been warned off of this location.

And it will be a cold day in hell before I ever trust McDawdles again.

Well, does ANYONE actually request “no syrup” with their hotcakes? The amount of times that they don’t give me syrup with the hotcakes and sausage breakfast is depressing. Come on…

Update: management had me fill out a concern at a link they sent. I never heard back, not surprised.

Took forever to order. Stood at the station for a while. The manager eventually took my order. As my food arrived about 3 other employees amazingly appeared. One of the slowest fast food stops in history. On a positive note, the order was correct.

Usually it’s really good, but lately the burgers have been having soggy wrappers or look like it’s been stepped on. Store was closes so I couldn’t call and complain or get a different one. Very disappointed in this one.

Drive thru is a joke. Ignored me then took the outside lanes orders first (I had been waiting in silence at the screen when they arived) then continued to ignore me with an “I’ll be with you in just a minute”. I waited 3-4 additional minutes in complete silence. This place has done nothing but go down hill.

Didn’t even rate the food or atmosphere. Was met at the drive-thru with “What do you want?” Then asked to see the menu screen, as the previous order was still on the screen. Was told “We have no control over that.” Promptly left. This used to be one of the best McD’s ever…not so much anymore. But they are still always busy so im sure nothing will change.

HOLY LIGHTNING! Visited mid-day to grab a drink, figured it would be at least 15 minutes wait with the line in front of me. NOPE! They had us movin’ that line, it was the most impressive lunch rush I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s. Nice work!!

Typically nightime/closing workers have a poor attitude. Certain managers at this establishment are the same. Where this store shines are its crew members. I have been here many times. I live in the area. Every time I get something from this establishment it’s well made. My favorite worker here is a closing crew member. Her name is Rebekah. I said I’d put this review in for her. Every time I’m there she is rushing about doing everything she can. Multiple times when I have eaten inside to stay warm, she has asked others in the lobby if they have been helped. They likely haven’t and she immediately rectifies the situation. She seems to be the hardest working person there. If I were the owner I’d consider making her a manager. The closing manager Toni is also good at her job and is pretty funny. This is also the best McDonald’s I’ve eaten at. Good day.
