Okay so I went on October 12. Arrived at 12:25pm. It was a longer line but I had already pre ordered so wasn’t that big of a deal. I knew it would take a minute. I was there until 12:59pm. The guy had even came out for my receipt bc he said “you’ve been waiting so long!”. I was nice, I know sometimes it can get busy and I’m not into the whole confrontation. Comes back out with my food. And I guess shame on me for not double checking my order but like, you would think it would be right. Nope. Didn’t have any of my fries which is like 4$ each. When I called to try and get refunded there was nothing he could do unless I came back. And at that point I just would have gotten my fries. Anyways, I always have a problem with my order being right. There needs to be a better system for all of this, and if food is forgotten, there needs to be a way to make it right where I don’t have to come back to get it fixed.

I was blown away at the dark brown fries that tasted like greeesem I showed the manager two nights ago and he says I can’t do nothing about bad grease. Unreal. They just don’t care. Next day my kids got fries and same thing. Corporate needs to inspect this place more.

The food was good but I was unable to get my drink because they where mainly focused on the people in the drive through. It took 15 just to get my food and I wasn’t able to get a drink but was still charged. The workers seemed very busy and stressed so that might be why, but the woman who gave me my food did apologize for the wait and seemed very nice.

Omg highly would not recommend. I go there for a job interview, 40 minutes close to an hour still waiting. It’s either the manager forgot about me or just didn’t have any sense of urgency to do it. Multiple people were waiting on their food for 10+ minutes if not longer. So the service is slow. And then the manager or whoever was in charge, was making comments to customers like “ I know I’ve asked you about five times now but what do you want?” Just overall not a good environment from first impression. Did not even do my interview.

I we through the drive in to get an iced tea. The tea was extremely cloudy as if it has been around for weeks. There was a blue plastic circle frozen in my ice. See picture. I fished it out with my straw. I will never patronize this McDonalds again. If the ice tea is this old what about the burgers, chicken etc.

Basic setup attached to a BP station. 3 employees were working at the time. 2 drive through orders were parked to get their orders out to them by staff. Waited over 30 minutes for 4 double cheese burgers, 2 fish sandwiches, 20 count nugget, and a large beverage. Just an average visit with slightly longer than usual wait. Everything we ordered was correct.

3rd time in a row this has happened to me. Different locations but this was the most recent. Order a large size for the sole purpose to get the monopoly pieces and only come out with one on the fries.

Ive never had an issue with this mcdonalds but this time was not great. I ordered a cheeseburger with no onions, extra pickles. But they still put onions on it when though my receipt so no onions! I ordered a mcchikcen and got home and they gave me a Mccripsy! Pay attention next time! Not happy with the service this time!
