Best McDonald’s visit I’ve had in awhile… Saturday afternoon. Excellent service. Food arrived at our table quickly, and everything was hot & fresh. The lady at the counter was very sweet to my daughter when she asked for a cup for water. The ketchup in the lobby dispenser tasted kinda “off”, other than that everything was great.

I’m actually so disappointed. I got a bacon quarter pounder only ketchup and literally got like half the bottle of ketchup on it. It’s literally just pouring off of it. I don’t understand how someone could look at this and still serve it. If I could leave negative stars I would. I even wiped some off because I couldn’t even pick it up.

I would also say, this was the best Double Cheese burger I have ever had at a McDonald’s. They did have me pull forward, easily well worth the minute I waited ✋️. It was not the dried out burger, I am used to getting from the drive thru.

2 nights in a row I’ve now ordered on the mobile app just to pull up and see they closed earlier then stated. Usually love going here, but the iced coffee is inconsistently made and pulling up for food that’s already been paid for to see screens off and employees cleaning is just disappointing. What was the point in extending the hours just to close early anyways. I cannot wait for Taco Bell to be open.

I go to this McDonald’s on my way to Mount pleasant from grant mi. Food comes out fast and staff is friendly. I regret to say they often mess up my order. Sometimes it’s wrong drink size. Sometimes it’s cold fries. I usually get a cheeseburger meal just pickle and cheese and often times they put ONE pickle on the whole cheeseburger just wish they’d pay a little more attention to the finer details. Other than that it’s a good McDonald’s!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to.. it’s always bad, but today took the cake..my order was messed up as usual, after fixed, I could use my one small fry as a salt shaker to season an entire steak.. the amount of ketchup put on my burger was easily quadruple the amount that it is supposed to have… Not to mention just how many times that my order has been messed up here, roughly every other time I have ordered from this location my order is incorrect.. I really can’t wait till the Taco Bell opens in this town, so that people have another option other than the absolutely terrible food and service of this location

The Cedar Springs McDonald’s has very friendly staff and the food is almost always made when you order it. I like this even if it means waiting a little bit. The only thing is that once in a while you get fries that were held under the heat lamp which I hope they work on improving.

Best service.. They gave me 6 different sauce which are expired. It smells bad , I vomit when I had my first chicken nuggets.
Sauce tastes salty and your stomach will be free cos u ll def vomit after having one. If u have indigestion, have one chicken nuggets with the sauce they provide. They ll clean all you stomach at once.
They gave from oven which they are storing from last few days I guess. Guys u gave me raw chicken nugget, please deep fry before you serve. That’s all.. if I got hospitalised I ll def sue you all. That’s for sure.
