Worst McDonalds Ive been too, the older heavier set lady is always rude to me for picking up an order my wife makes, bc someone has to stay home with our baby! We have tried coming back maybe it’ll be better, maybe they were having a hard day. I don’t like how I am treated coming in. But they always forget something and my wife and i finally said never again!

Their is this really rude older lady their, she basically threw my straw at me, and I asked for a sauce, told her I was willing to pay for it, she got all big mad about it and said “just take it” in a rude voice while waving the sauce in my face. Food is good but that lady needs to check herself. Cause no one is talking to me like that, and not only that, I was VERY kind to her.

Fries were terrible, they tasted like they should have been replaced and hour ago. Ordered a bacon quarter pound with cheese and didn’t get any bacon. The burger was over cooked. The McCrispy was just as old as the fries and dry and over cooked. The young lady taking our order was very friendly and polite.

We ordered sprites and i asked for two large waters. I was charged $.25 cents for water. That’s not even in their system to charge for water. I was charged for extra sauce. They were super passive aggressive about it. I think a multi million dollar company can spare some cups for water.

Went into McDonald’s here in Lakewood Saturday evening 10/5 and the doors were locked… I can’t see why these restaurants are still locking doors 5yrs after COVID.. Well thank God ….DQ was across the street and was able to sit an Eat. After 2 sporting events for us this evening. Just lost 5 customers for locked doors

Order was messed up AGAIN. Ordered several burgers without onions. ALL burgers had tickets indicating NO ONIONS, but EVERY burger had onions on it. I was also missing food on MORE THAN ONE OCCASION IN ONE WEEK. McDonalds must’ve hired some newfound ‘talent’. Update: Received a Raw UNDERCOOKED PINK patty on 5/8/23 at Lake Odessa McDonald’s. The old blonde lady working the drive through and the manager were instantly rude I order a large sprite and when I told the older lady she looked at me and said very rudely my screen tells me what you ordered and it said small I just looked at her for a second then the manager came over the whole time the manager was talking the older lady was smiling and nodding her head the manager then said make sure you pay attention to what you order I said can I pay the difference and get a large she said we got it taken care of the older lady then hands me a small and says two smalls make a large and slams the window closed when I called I asked to talk to someone other than the manager in the drive through she said nope what can I help you with refused to let me talk to someone else

I asked for extra pickles and actually got extra, which is unusual for many McDonald’s locations, so I give the Lake Odessa branch 5 stars! Staff was friendly, service was very quick, and there’s a nice patio with tables to eat outside.

Bought the monopoly meal. Didn’t get the monopoly pieces. Thats after rdering ahead and waiting 15 minutes in a parking slot for a quarter pounder with fries.
