No one in drive thru. I ordered a cheese burger, small fry. Pay, pull to next window. Was asked to pull forward. 2 cars behind me both got their orders and left. Its been 5 minutes since I pulled forward. I get out of my car to go get my food. Met a young girl at the door with my food, told her it was mine and I’ve been waiting for more that 4 minutes. She hands me the food and very snotily tells me “sorrrrry”. Fries were hot, burger was cold. I will never pull forward again. Ill wait at the window for my food.

Seriously? This is like the third time this month y’all have gotten my order wrong. I ordered two cheese burgers with ONLY ONION AND KETCHUP, so tell me why I got two cheeseburgers with NO ONION AND ADDED PICKLE AND MUSTARD??? At some point y’all should just make the food right the first time instead of making it wrong and having to remake my meals for free. This is such a nuisance, I HATE having to drive all the way back and sit there and wait while y’all remake my food AGAIN.

Went there for dinner. We went in to eat and had to be careful because the walk way into the restaurant was getting slippery due to the weather. When we got in we placed our order and told a older lady it was slippery just outside their door. They didn’t do anything until one of their other employees went outside with a customers food and slipped. Dam near broke her neck
My only suggestion is maybe they should listen to their customers. Sure would suck to have a customer slip and have some bad happen!! Just saying ♀️

10/12/25 was crazy busy people were very nasty. Poor workers were so short staffed. Trying so hard to get orders out. People take a breath be kind. To the poor workers taking all the abuse, im sorry it happened. You should all be proud of yourselves. Thank you for working today.

They are slower than frozen molasses and have no motivation to serve their customers in a timely manner. Sitting 20+ minutes at curbside pickup to still not have received your food is ridiculous. You get faster service at Applebees and their service is poor as well.
