Very, very disappointed. I bought the chicken mcnugget Grinch meal. My fry container was less than half full, and did not get any sauces for my nuggets. No napkins either, but good thing I was going home to eat. Really McDonald’s??

Honestly ruined my morning the other morning. I came to order My breakfast before work and was going to order a frappe, I tried to order one the Day prior and was Told their frappe machine was down. When I tried to order the next day, I asked if it was working, and she cut me off in rudely said. “ It works every day, what do you want?!” No, I’m not talking about the short lovely lady at checkout, Yvonne, she’s my favorite person there. I believe her name is Kim and boy she is NASTY!!! Keeps me from wanting to go there because I don’t know what drive thru she usually works. Stick to hiring younger people, not bitter old ladies

I bought food here earlier through the app. When I went to pick it up a few minutes after ordering they said they hadn’t received the order. After showing them that I had ordered it, the money had left my account and I received points on the app for the order they told me they weren’t able to make it because I had ordered breakfast food. An order I had already placed over an hour before breakfast hours ended couldn’t be made because they didn’t make it in time.
Then they told me that they would cancel the order, which means the order was in their system and they DID receive it. They just lied so they wouldn’t have to make it. I apparently will be getting a refund in a few business days. If I hadn’t have pressed them on the matter would I have even received a refund? If they hadn’t then they would have stolen over $30 from me.

Order Hot Chocolate off app.. wait in line to pickup and then they tell me “we just shut the machine down for cleaning.” this is at 4:58pm

Beautifully kept McDonald’s. Very clean and peaceful inside. Food was hot and of a much higher standard. Honestly never seen a better looking McDouble. I don’t think over seen a bun this visually appealing. I Prefer this over the one on Grand River ave. Will be returning again.

This McDonald’s is terrible. The staff is extremely slow. They don’t get the order correct. Staff stands around doing nothing like they are completely lost on what they should be doing. Staff is very rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this location, customers will be disappointed. Totally pitiful, DO BETTER!!

Upon walking into this store I noticed it was full, full of people, sitting, eating and talking. Something I don’t normally see. I also noticed the newer store was “warm looking” not like the industrial cold look I get it many McDonald’s. The food was the best I had in a long time from McDonald’s! I love the kiddie area, not full of tubes and balls. The lobby was very clean! Kudos to this McDonald’s for doing a great job today!

So first off, we order our food. The lady named “Madelyine” gave us grief about wanting water cups. We were genuinely thirsty and its your job so whats the problem?!?! Next we get our food and we got it to go so we went outside. When we entered our vehicle, we found that we were missing a big mac. How do you miss the biggest thing on your menu?? I don’t know. We go back inside and ask for our big mac. We provide a receipt and have the bag of food. My friend then asked for a water cups because he hadn’t gotten one, she got angry and stormed away. So when we were waiting for about 15 minutes for one big mac, she was getting the table markers from other customers. When she got back to the counter, she would throw them right by me and my friend. Some ended up on the floor, at this point other customers had noticed and started laughing. We eventually got our one big mac after waiting 15 minutes. But then she wouldn’t provide my friend his water cup. We waited another 7 minutes after we received the big mac and didn’t get the water cup. We then just left out of annoyance.
