When ordered a bunch of food to feed my kids get home sweet tea was unsweetened and also the cheese burgers had no patties in them. Got told oh well very poor management at this location.

The young staff member who took our order was friendly however calling every man hon and honey is not necessary. What should be necessary is bringing out hot food, ketchup and napkins, which we didn’t get. It must be an ongoing problem there as we overheard another person complaining of food always being cold.

It’s honestly hit or miss as to whether or not you’re going to have a good experience here, and it’s rapidly becoming more misses. If you order a burger, any of them really, it’s most likely going to be lopsided or bland, and if you get the nuggets at least one is going to have some kind of cartilage or fat or whatever it is in there. Make sure to double check that you have sauce or that they’ve given you the correct sauce, as even when there is no one else in the drive through you’re likely to have nothing or the wrong kind of sauce.

Don’t order food past 10:30AM I guess? The app tells you they stop breakfast at 11 but I ordered the food at 10:40. I got there and they told me they couldn’t make/didn’t have the breakfast. Really…I’m NOT impressed. Ruined my morning.

My Aunt is new to the area and I am glad that I stopped at this McDonald’s for lunch while on a visit to her new house. The #1 reason I gave 5stars is the gazebo across the street. Amazing spot to eat your lunch/dinner. Please see picture. Restaurant was clean, employees friendly, my food was cooked correctly, served in a reasonably quick manner, and tasted good. Cant ask for much more.

I typically have never had any issues with this location up until this summer!!
First I’m gonna bring up the order I just got done picking up curbside at noon . I only briefly peaked inside to make everything was there. And unfortunately never notice the most frustrating thing ESPECIALLY bc I wasted my rewards points that I utilize and save up because I’m always on the road and the points allow me save as much of the very minimal I even make…. however I uses them for Free medium French fries…. well I get home and noticed that it’s barely HALF full . no none of them are in my bag.
The other time they severely screwed up on was a couple months ago amd I regret not bringing it up or calling the store asap….
I ordered a couple McChickens and well they neglected to apply the literal chicken patties or lettuce they literally gave me buns with mayo… how does this happen?
