I do a pick up order through the drive through and the last three times they have forgotten my sauce that we now have to PAY for. Frustrating especially bc it was slow today. Had to go inside to get my curbside order. They were rude and my food was cold. I went back in and have it remade and they scoffed at me and told me they were too busy and they don’t do anything about it when you call their headquarters

Me and my gf ordered a doordash order it said preparing food for 3 hours so we drove to get food right after we ate we both got super sick and couldn’t leave the bathroom we got quarter pounders don’t trust the food we were both excited too for McDonald’s and we both regret eating it food shouldn’t make u get sick right after eating it

2 times in one week I pull up to their screen to order and someone else pulls up to the next screen and they tell me to wait and take the other persons order. My order is literally a sausage McMuffin the easiest 30 sec interaction. Don’t pull into the the drive through lane closest to the building if you want to have to sit and wait.

I went through the drive-through to get my daughter a cup of ice because it was a very hot day. They wouldn’t even give us a small cup of ice without making us pay for something off the menu. Normally I wouldn’t get too offended about that, but this is a McDonald’s. It’s not as if they’re going to do a amount of money for that. So we had to leave and went somewhere else.
