Came in tonight with a few people, 03/07/26 around 10pm. Worker who I assume was the manager in a blue shirt, dark hair with dark beard, 5’4” and I know cause I was looking directly AT him not up at him, was awfully rude. I asked for water and he told me after much thought and hesitation that it was 27c. 1) Who charges 27c for a cup of water? 2) What kind of worker takes that long to figure out if water costs money or not? He asked me „do you want it or not?” a couple times, tried to argue with me when I questioned why water costs money. I told him no and walked away because I will not feed into blatant attitude and disrespect. I saw him rudely hand food to a gentleman at another table, borderline throwing it in front of him. Who gave this guy a job? He clearly does not want to be there. Green haired buzz cut guy was very nice very friendly, seriously made the experience better. What a saving grace.

There was beard hair in my hot coco and pretty much wasn’t hot coco at all. It tasted like straight up milk, and people not wearing hair nets/beard nets. The lady had attitude when I asked them to remake.

Extremely disappointed with the workers and quality. Half the time I order, my burgers are burned, dry, and topped incorrectly, they forget your straw constantly and the fries are never fresh if you order delivery. Just got a pickup order and they didn’t bother to wait until their shake machine was frozen so I got a complete liquid shake, and they also forgot my hashbrown. I do not recommend getting food here.

First I would suggest confirming the order before the person pays for it. They never did that and I ended up paying for someone else’s meal. Then the kid giving me my meal confirmed what I ordered, however I got the meal from the person behind me. I went back to get what I ordered and I didn’t even get anything for my trouble even though there was a full staff of people and they weren’t busy. That tells me that you don’t care about the customers.

Head to sick children in the back of my vehicle and requested the food to be delivered out to the pick up area after 20 minutes of waiting.I got out of the vehicle and said something to the guy serving all the other vehicles in the drive through.
When he came over and realize there was an issue he laughed at my frustration, and when asked him directly if he was laughing at my frustration , he had no problem smirking and smiling while saying yes. JAYDON SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER IF HE CAN’T DEAL WITH PEOPLE.NWHO HAVE LEARNING DISABILITIES AND GET FRUSTRATED EASILY WHEN IT COMES TO READING AND TECHNOLOGY.
THEY WERE REFUNDED MY MEAL AND GAVE IT TO ME FOR FREE. BUT THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER FORGET AND I WILL NEVER RETURN.

I give this McDonalds the benefit of the doubt most the time because it’s the closest location to me. That said, I have had missing items, items made incorrectly, missing sauces, and stale food numerous times at this location. Their drive thru sucks. They will ask you to pull ahead when no one is behind you or when there’s already too many cars pulled ahead in front of you. Just today, 1/16/2026 I was hit by a vehicle trying to pull ahead behind me while I was parked waiting for my food so needed to exit my vehicle to get her information causing more backup and people yelling at me to pull up and then finally get home with my food and missing part of my meal.
