Foods fresh but something in the order is always wrong. Service is fast and friendly, but if you’re always going back to the counter because of mistakes speed suddenly doesn’t matter anymore. I ordered a double cheese with just mustard and pickle and got a McDouble with pickle mustard and a lot of onions.
Play place for the kids is nice and clean.
I avoid this McDonald’s unless I’m letting the kids play.
They need new and improved leadership here.

Every time I order food it’s made wrong . Today they are pushing u through the drive through in a hurry not taking the time to listen to what u actually want and how u want it made . It’s not hard to put no onions. I can’t eat onions. They intentionally put onions on the bottom of my burgers . McDonald’s you might want to watch it . End up in a lawsuit.

The staff was friendly, and our food order was correct. The store needed some cleaning, there were quite a few things on the floor both in the main lobby and in the playplace. The kids love coming here to play especially when the weather is bad and we can’t play outside.

I’ve rarely had issues with their dinner service, but their breakfast service is consistently horrible. My husband told the person to make sure there are no shells in our food, as we get shells in our food every single time. We get home, I check for shells and this is what I seen when I flipped the egg over. The other sandwich had shells as well, but were much smaller. Tired of calling and complaining, as nothing ever changes. There weren’t many customers, so are they just lazy or do they not care at all? Seems hard to miss a shell that large if you are actually paying attention to your job.

Literally got perfect meals all the way up till today. Payed full price for a triple cheese and someone (or staff altogether) only put 2 slices of meat on this. One bad time is all it takes in an industry like this. Thank you jerks.
Update: now it’s 7/19/2022. I order the same thing every day, girl repeated “triple cheese? And it said it on the ticket. Got a double cheeseburger, lost money. What is going on. Laziness. (Second picture).

My favorite sandwich at this McDonalds has always been the filet o fish. But for the price of the fish sandwich these days and then only getting a half a slice of cheese to me it’s just not worth the buying any more. But the fish filet on the sandwich was piping got and nice and the coating was nice and crispy and very good. But for the price I would think you would get a whole slice of cheese like it used to be made in the past. I was disappointed because I ❤️ and to me it’s not worth the price when they skimp out on the cheese and only put a half slice of cheese on the fish filet sandwich.

Love using the app, saves time and you get to customize the items youre buying to be the best burger. Adding basic toppings are free and only make your food better:) this location has maybe messed up my order once and they immediately resolved that issue in the same day. Love the service.
