Cold fries one day, none the next. Manager likes to have employee gatherings in the parking lot at night so they can all stare at you when you pull in. Damn, now they have to work. And double check everything you order, they WILL screw something up and NOT CARE, no matter how good a customer you have been in the past. DONE with THIS location.

I basically felt like I was being accused of lieing last night because I said I didn’t receive my shake. The kid at the window said “are you sure”? I went through all the drinks he already handed us and sure enough his co worker was bringing my shake over then he handed it to me and didint say anything. As far as customer service I would say this is the worst McDonald’s around here. Also it’s so annoying when they ask you to pull up to the first window and nobody is there to be able to pay so we go to the next one. My daughter did that the one day and the guy said I asked you to pull to the first window and I told him there was nobody there to pay and he said “well they are doing dishes so we can keep this place going”. That made no sence so we are expected to wait until they are done doing dishes? I could go on but I’ll leave it at that.

Bad experience rude employees unsalted Fry’s old nuggets messed up my burger and said they wouldn’t replace it.on my burger I asked for a burger and they gave me a cheese burger. I said no cheese. The place is lucky they even have Business if that’s even what you call it.

Janet is the best manager this place could ask for. She is the first to step up and diffuse customer complaints and is so helpful. She has been here forever and is an absolute asset to this location. That’s one of the reasons I choose this location over all others on my hour commute one way to work every day! Give that lady a raise, she deserves it!!!

My husband and I went there the other day to grab a quick burger during lunch time. We got two McDoubles and one small fry (and one hamburger… for our dogs… ) Not sure if they’re under new management, but the lady that was in charge was being extremely positive towards the workers there. Urging them on and complimenting them. Our food came out hot and it was actually very good.
