This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever gone to in my life.I came here twice the first time I came I ordered one Big Mac and a large fry and when I got my food I open the Big Mac and guess what? They forgot almost every thing on it even the sauce. Like how do you forget the sauce it’s literally made for and only for the Big Mac.But what ever I guess I will just have my fry’s.I pulled out the fry’s and guess what? It is a small fry I ordered a large fry. So I just ate the rest of my food and drove home thinking about what the employees were doing with other people‘s orders I really didn’t get why they mess up my food there was only 2 people in the drive through and I came in and they mess it up it should not be that hard to make a Big Mac. And the other time I went was recently but I went through the drive through and ordered a McChicken with a large fry and a shamrock shake.Then I went up to order my food but when I tried to say it they said they couldn’t hear me over and over until my order was done and when I got my food I got a quarter pounder with a large fry that’s not what I ordered so I went inside to tell the workers and I saw that 1 of the workers were just playing with their phone not even paying attention. The person at the front desk said oh sorry hope you have a good day come back soon. Yeah I’m never coming back here again. And whoever is reading this you shouldn’t come here either just go to a different McDonald’s or Burger King

Went through the drive though after filling up the car with gas. The drive through was super fast we practically had no wait going through. The food was ok, the fries were a bit over and the biggest complaint is that kids happy meal didn’t have the toy inside. Frankly I don’t care that the toy was missing but I do care the following 10 min in the car with the kiddo complaining that the toy was missing. Wouldn’t have minded a slightly longer wait to have made sure everything was properly in the bag. Then again I have come to not expect greatness from McDonalds.

I spoke with the manager “Brandy” on the phone after they didn’t put cheese on a CHEESE BURGER. She laughed off my problem and played it off like it didn’t matter because I wasn’t able to return. When I asked to speak to her manager she hung up the phone on me. After contacting another manager on the phone to explain the situation, she was still going off in the background. I’ve been to this same McDonald’s more times than she has probably shown up for shifts to work. I can’t say I’ll return again until she is gone.

We stop here religiously on our way up north and back home. After yesterday I decided it’s time to find a new place. The drive thru line was so long with no cars moving so I decided to go in. I walk up to register and the kids says we prefer you to use kiosk so I start to use it when I realized there were 8 people waiting for there food, all of them with a furious look on there face all the while there were 5 kids in the kitchen just cracking up laughing with another girl working the fries or coffee area with a drink carrier on her head dancing around doing nothing. Right before I walked out there was a mad lady walking back in asking for a manager because her order was wrong. Everyone working there Friday evening August 22 2025 at around 8 pm should be fired

Was at this location on Sept. 1st 2025 at 1:30 pm. The woman at the drive thru window gave us the wrong drink. I asked her for the correct one and she proceeded to be extremely rude and demeaning over the size of my drink. Hopefully she isn’t that rude to the wrong person…

My only issue with this particular mc Donald’s was I ordered a mighty kids meal and looked inside the box and seen mini fries I asked the manager why wasn’t there a small fry which I did check too see if a small fry comes with the mighty kids meal her reply was my old manager use to do that, I will not be ordering the mighty kids meal anymore

Have been through multiply times always great service and food was hot. Well this week that wasn’t the case. Called them and manager was very nice. Told me to come back at my convenience and they would make it right. So a week later we went in and they did just that. Still one of my favorite McDonalds. They care about the customer at this one.
