I ordered a large regular coke. They gave me a Dr. Pepper. I figured it out when I got home. I drove all the way back and told them it was wrong and asked for a coke. They gave me a drink that was brown but tasted like sprite and Diet Coke mixed together and it was absolutely disgusting. I tasted it when I first got out of the parking lot and so I turned right around. They then insisted that foul drink was a regular coke and called me a liar and told me they would only give me a medium because they were basically accusing me of trying to collect the monopoly pieces off the cups by pretending the drinks were wrong. Yes my son peeled them off the cups while we were waiting to return them both times, but since I have never really been into the McDonald’s Monopoly game, it didn’t even really occur to me that it could cause an issue. I would have much rather gotten my drink the first time and gone about my day!! I handed the pieces to them and after a lot of rudeness and accusing me of being a liar trying to cheat the system, they finally gave me the correct drink which I tasted at the window. All I wanted was a regular large coke and it cost me a half hour and being called a liar! I am NEVER going back to that location!

Drive thru this morning after a 16 hr shift … just wanting a hot meal but got far from that. There is absolutely no reason that at just before 8am a biscuit should be hard, egg hardly warm and bacon looking like it was just pulled from the pack slapped with cheese that didn’t melt, be handed to any customer, especially being early morning and the meal already costing almost $8. ‍♀️ I went inside to ask for it to be made again so the worker put another sandwich together but then took it to the microwave. I got handed that sandwich and was told that was as soft as they could get it. The biscuit was now soggy. Do better. So frustrating. Also, stop leaving cups less than full of drink and handing them to customers like that… especially with almost melted ice.

Only got ice cream sundaes but it was easy to order on the kiosk, delivered within minutes with friendliness. There is a nice indoor play place for kids. Looks very futuristic inside.

Probably the cleanest and nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Staff is super friendly. Food was hot and fresh. Parking is trucker friendly.

Went to the front counter and the friendly staff member took our order right away and brought are food to our table on a tray (dine in). Good food and my daughter had fun in the play center.

Not sure why this is so difficult. I ask for a large coffee with 10 creams. 3 times now I’ve gotten just sugar! I don’t even ask for sugar. Manager says “I’m sorry I wasn’t out there watching them make it”. Ok I get that but how do you get sugar and no cream out of just asking for 10 creams?? Why is this difficult?

Is a crispy chicken sandwich really just a piece of chicken on a bun? With 2 pickle slices as topping? I didn’t ask for anything special…just 4a meal. They were nice, so I guess they have that going for them.
Got other parts of our orders wrong…

Every single visit is like déjà vu: I order, they hand me a receipt, and then—like clockwork—I’m pulled forward into the waiting zone. Five to six minutes later, my food arrives. Somehow in that time my fries have gone from “fresh out of the fryer” to “stored in the fridge for winter.”

I can’t help but wonder—are they pulling me forward because the fries are so fresh I might actually burn myself? Is this some kind of safety cooling-off period? Because honestly, I’ve gotten hotter fries from the frozen section at HomeGoods.

The sandwich? Oh, that’s apparently “made to order,” which is nice… except it takes long enough to make me question whether they had to catch the cow first. Meanwhile, the fries taste like they’ve been on a 17-day vacation under a heat lamp.

Look, I’m not expecting fine dining, candlelight, and a sommelier recommending the best McFlurry pairing—but it would be nice if the food was at least slightly warmer than room temperature. And, you know, fast. After all, the sign doesn’t say “Eventually Food.”

Let’s meet somewhere in the middle, McDonald’s. You give me fries that are younger than my Amazon shipping time, and I’ll stop timing you with a stopwatch in the parking lot
