The wait times are outrageous. Seem like all the local McDonald’s are using the same playbook. I’ve been parked and waiting for 1 sandwich and 1 hash browns for over 10 minutes. The entire lot is just full of people parked waiting and no food comes out.
Their only answer to reviews is to submit one on McDonald’s website where they just say they will forward it to the location. They don’t care. You used to get a coupon for free items when they made you wait as an apology. Now they just don’t care.
How long do I sit parked waiting for them to bring me food before I just go get a refund? I ordered at 1020, breakfast is over now, and I still have no food. Unreal!!

Wish I kould give them 0 stars. This is ridiculous. We went there to pick up our mobile order, got it back to the house, and our fries look like this. And I know what most of you are thinking we were eating them on the way home or that they fell into the bag, i.e., bag fries, but both are incorrect. Did I kall and komplain, no I did not. Im not doing this for free food. I AM doing this as a lesson for anyone who sees this. This right here is why you ALWAYS check your food BEFORE you pull out of the line or leave the store.

I only had Coffee. However Service was Quick, Restaurant was Clean, a little Small. The Indoor Playground was Big, but Closed. The online Service Application worked Well. I would recommend and Come back to this McDonald’s again. Good Luck

Honestly I probably won’t ever go back to this location. There was 1 person in the drive thru in front of us. We ordered and tried to order a shamrock shake and they don’t have ice cream. Everytime we’ve been to this location it’s an issue( whether it be a broken machine, or something else). So we ordered a value meal with a coke. I paid for it and pulled forward and was handed a coke that tasted awful then was told to pull to the right and wait. 10 mins later my daughter’s value meal showed up and seriously looked ridiculous..Don’t waste your time or money
