Did a mobile order yesterday for a quarter pounder meal, and an additional quarter pounder. I arrived home to two double cheeseburgers instead and decided no big deal. Got a email a few hours later that my meal couldn’t be completed and I would he refunded. I was shocked the mistake was found and meal was refunded without me saying anything. I was very impressed and appreciative!

Ordered the two cheeseburger meal and was given two cheese and ketchup sandwiches with no meat at all on it. Drive all the way back to the restaurant to show the manager, and was offered no apology, just was told I would get two more burgers and she walked away. They brought me two burgers that actually have meat on them this time, accompanied by giant black rocks. These are not small pieces of char, they don’t even use a flame, this is actual garbage in my wrapper.
Don’t with this place.

The establishment is listed as a 24-hour establishment, but when I ordered through the mobile app and then went to pick the order that I paid for up I was immediately told that I had to wait 15 minutes. Then after I did so they told me their system was not up and I should cancel my order. Just nope.

1. Order was placed through the mobile app
2. Arrived at location and showed my tag number
3. Show store the receipt and two different types of proof of payment
4. Store demanded another payment for the same order claiming it was not paid for
5. Store then ignores me for 15 minutes
6. Then they ask for me to make another payment because they decided to cancel my order but also stated that they will refund my money
7. How does a store refund money if they claimed to never received the money
8. In an investigation details matter
9. Got no food and still no refund has been made
10. I assume the employees within that location must be so hungry that they got to steal orders
11. Rudest store location with the worse employees possible
12. Should not have this location open anymore

This McD was a good location, but recently not. Last three trips were excessively delayed. My last trip on Dec 4th I ordered in the app ahead of time, expecting it would be ready upon arrival. Just a mocha and 4 apple pies. After 28 minutes from ordering I FINALLY left without, but my mocha. I was running late for work. Then to find out that they shorted me an apple pie as well. For now on I’ll be detouring to a different McD.

Terrible service employees were very rude, there was a gentlemen who was kind enough to fix my order they gave me a small meal when I asked for large and on top of that gave me 2 fries with my meal and a hair in my burger and shake. I luckily got my order fixed by a respect young man. All females that I seen work there are very rude disrespectful and nasty, such as picking their noses, finger in their mouth, just pure nasty. I will never return to this McDonalds ever again.

Not sure why I got my hotcakes platter stuffed in a small bag on its end, but front team is beyond rude. You have employees trying to fit a round peg into a square hole. Only thing that saved this as the girl in the back who was super nice. 850am 5/24

This location is worthless. Something is wrong every time. They just gave my bag to the car in front of me then tried to tell me “they didn’t open it” then after I ask them to remake it they gave me the same bag. If you can avoid it. Avoid it. Absolutely worthless.

My family came into this location mid day on a Saturday. After ordering at the kiosk, I noticed there’s no play area for children. After (possibly loudly) complaining to my wife about the new brutalist architecture and lack of play area, and how it shows that McDonald’s doesn’t care about families anymore. One of the workers, Preston went above and beyond to remind us that McDonald’s does value families, offered us a coloring page for the child and made sure we had everything we needed, he even refilled my drink for me. Honestly Preston saved our experience today.
