I don’t understand how this location is still up & running. Its literally ALWAYS a problem when I order here. Staff is super disrespectful, they don’t answer the phone at this location, and I can’t seem to get a call back from the location owner. They NEVER include butter, syrup, utensils, etc for hotcakes meals. And then they do crap like this too (insert pictures). Not to mention one time I ordered oatmeal and they sent me DRY OATS, didn’t even bother to put water in the cup. Didn’t send the fruit that comes with oatmeal either. I hate the whole “people dont wanna work!” line but seriously this location employs the most incompetent people. There needs to be an option to select which location we’d like to order from when using the McDonald’s App, because I would rather pay an extended delivery fee and tip a driver extra just so I don’t have to order from this location anymore.

Service was good. Food was fresh and piping hot. Went to two locations because the first one had completely wrong hours listed and was actually closed. This location’s hours were accurate and food was fresh. Probably the first time in years I had fries that were so fresh and hot they were soft and steaming. I had to let them cool down which is DEFINITELY a good thing. Very pleased with this visit.

I tried to dine in. I walked in and noticed I was the only customer. Weird because most mcdonalds theres always a couple people chilling. 10 minutes later I had my food but I had peiced together why no one stayed.
They do every single thing they can to make absolutely sure you wouldnt want to stay.
Its cold in the lobby.
Theyre playing loud rap music.
Theyre singing loudly to the music.
Theyre extremely loud. Like so much noise coming from the service area you have to pause to talk to anyone. Im glad theyre having fun- but the cackling would hurt my ears if I were behind the counter- its one of the loudest laughs ive ever heard.
Theyre cussing loudly so if you have kids maybe not the best place.
They have no outlets. None. Wanted an hour to charge my laptop and relax and do classes with a coffee- woukdnt have ordered coffee or food if id known this was what was going on. Would have brewed a coffee at home with my kids screaming in the background and ms Rachel going.
They also just automatically give your food to go but that doesnt bother me as much as they cold, lack of outlets, and extreme noise.
I only came and bought food because I wanted somewhere like a normal mcdonalds to do homework in between shifts at work as a busy mom with kids making noise at home. I left in 10 minutes and figured my 3 year old might be less noisy instead and id at least be warm.
If you are coming here do yourself a favor and just pretend the lobby doesnt exist. If you are coming here for the lobby- go somewhere else.
Ended up at another mcdonalds down the road and lobby half full, outlets, warm, and most importantly the employees had music and talking to pleasant levels, no cussing or cackling or people trying to sing.

honestly worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever gone to. multiple times ill wait in line after being told “one moment” 10-15 minutes later and still no one will take my order. this night while being there we waited an extra 10 minutes after being told “one moment” go to drive up and leave like i normally do and there isn’t even anyone in line being helped making the line be held up. if i could give it less than 1 star. i would.

The food is always good but…
The service is awful, the workers are rude, snappy and loud.. Also, there’s always people yelling from the kitchen, so I definitely won’t ever be applying to work here there are a few really nice workers and the food is slow coming out but it’s always fresh!

Don’t order coffeee I order coffee every morning and they never put sugar they can atleast tell me or hand me some with a sturr put the windows but no I get to work and get on the line and have creamer bean. So lazy only guy that puts sugar is an older guy in his mid 30s. And everytime they do I’m calling the store and leaving a review!!!

Stopped here at the drive-thru and went in to go to the bathroom as the pictures show. There was a sign in the woman’s bathroom that said due to damage you have to get a cold to get in. I went to go get a code and the lady paused and then said it’s out of order which I don’t think it was. She just didn’t want to be bothered. I think it’s his discrimination that you can’t get into the woman’s bathroom, but you couldn’t get into the men’s bathroom

Bathroom needed a code to use and you must ask employee for the code. Typical ‘eh’ for the fries and Big Mac. Mediocre is the best you can hope for any more.
