1st girl with orange hair was trying to hand me a water thru half opened window because she was on her phone texting not paying attention. 2nd handed us our food saying “is that it”. Like shouldn’t you know? But no it wasn’t we still had a happy meal and chocolate milk they needed to give us. 3rd we asked for ranch they said there’s two in the box. 4 th got home. No ranch. My Big Mac had half piece of meat. I called the lady told me bring it back and they would fix it. I’ve been out all day I wasn’t going back out. She said nothing she could do unless I brought it back up. I also said something about the girl on her phone and she just wanted to keep trying to over talk me.
So I decided to door dash McDonald’s the next day and this McDonald’s picked up my order. Guess what! It was all messed up imagine that. They forgot chocolate milk, the sausage was burnt, We asked for extra sauce on our sausage egg and cheese bagels and we got none and the eggs were not done on My granddaughters hotcake meal. Just disgusting. So two days in a row is unbelievable. They obviously need new management and staff.

March 7th, 9:59 pm. I ordered a door dash. They didn’t include my child’s toy , her fries or her drink. I tried to call and speak to management. She hung up on me multiple times. She told me to quote “stop messing on her phone.”
She then proceeded to call my phone and husbands phone over 10 times when I said I was reporting her to corporate.

There food is always made fresh and is always hot . I love double quarter pounder with bacon . There fries are fine but, sorry guys Wendy’s are better. The inside is always spotless and the trash inside and out in the trash bins are always empty and not over flowing like some other McDonald’s I have been too. There is never a long wait here so you can get rite in and out. Easy access to Pierson road then to I75. Keep up the great work team. Thank you for the great service and always fresh and hot food . Appreciate it.

Extremely stingy, I placed a $28 order of food and I asked for some ketchup and salt the young lady only gave me 1 ketchup packet and 1 salt packet. Who does that that. Use common sense . McDonald’s train your employees better very disappointed.

My shamrock McFlurry didn’t get mixed at all, the syrup was all pooled at the top but at least I got some. 🙁 The employee on the speaker talked so quietly and then caught an attitude when I kept asking if they could speak up. I work in fast food, it isn’t hard to be have good customer service and certainly isn’t hard to do your job correctly.

I always have a good experience at this McDonald’s location. The staff is friendly and efficient, and my order is usually ready quickly and accurate. The food tastes just like I expect—consistent and satisfying. It’s a convenient spot when I’m on the go or need a quick meal. Definitely recommend!
