Easily the WORST McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately I come here a couple times a month, because of kids and it’s the closest McDonalds to my house. You will never get all of your food, something will be missing, guaranteed. It will take 20ish minutes to get your order taken. And that’s only if the drive thru window is open. Otherwise it will take longer. If you are able to go somewhere else, I advise you do. Otherwise be prepared to be disappointed and might as well just get back in line.

The gentleman working at 2:00 in the morning yes it’s not a normal time but because of my work schedule that’s how it works out.. the gentleman at the window stated then when I got to the second window good gentleman after I asked stated that it would be 12 minutes for a pie because they didn’t put him down for the whole shift about 25 minutes later my daughter with a newborn was coming through because she was hungry as well she ordered a fish fillet also put with cheese and onion.. she ended up getting a 10-piece chicken nugget and she has had a really rough day so she called waited on the phone didn’t get anybody they picked up the phone and left it on hold then called back about eight times later the gentleman picked up the phone and left on hold for about 8 minutes so I called from my phone so as I told the gentleman 3 times of what was happening he had the phone to another gentleman by that time I was rude and that guy said some horrible things.. remind you they’re the ones that messed up the order in the first place.. where is the accountability and also McDonald’s get it together

I have autism and one of my autistic superpowers is pattern recognition. A pattern I’ve noticed about this location is specific to one certain employee/manager. He is a taller heavier set guy with long hair and very unclean shave. Every time he is working, there is a problem with my order rather it doesn’t get brought out to the curb for curbside and after 10 minutes of waiting I have to go in to retrieve the order myself and he always seems dumbfounded like its his first day he doesn’t even know McDonalds has mobile ordering, or I get no napkins, or a missing straw, or the wrong drink, its not always something or bad but when it is he is always the manager on duty when something does happen. Maybe he needs to spend some less time in the lobby flirting with high school age girls and focus on the job he is paid for.

They cooked plastic/paper into my burger. I took a bite and started chewing and felt something that I couldn’t chew in my mouth and pulled this out. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve tried called them but unfortunately after 14 calls no one has answered.

What happened to this McDonald’s? They push using the app, but don’t fulfill the orders. I waited over 20 minutes for just a diet coke (I ended up having to go inside and grab it myself). Yesterday, I was in line for a diet coke and a medium fry and was there for about 20 minutes – again (only 2 cars ahead of us). We were given the wrong drink TWICE. We had to park and walk in to get the correct order. That took another 5 minutes bc no one will help you inside. We just waited there for anyone to help us all while listening to the employees talk about how much they were messing up….AND IT WAS THE MANAGER.

If I could give zero stars I would, I got extremely sick eating here.. definitely could be a strong case of hepatitis A going around in this food chain. (Normally picked up by not washing hands and touching food. Comes from our poop to exact. Normally in the food industry but can make you very sick! In some cases deadly. If you cannot make food that doesn’t make others sick then why be in business at all. I am extremely disappointed in what’s expected I guess now a days. All the reviews on here are horrible as well..

I ordered a meal from this location in swartz, creek. They gave my food to the car ahead of me, the guy started to drive off and then back back up to the window, holding my bag of food clenched in his fist. I watched him give the bag of food back to the gentleman at the window and get his bag and drive off. I pull up. They proceed to hand me a crumbled up bag of food and I asked the gentleman, did that food just come out of that other person’s car all balled up like that?And he said, yes! So you’re trying to serve me a meal that went out of the restaurant into someone’s vehicle. Got beat around and returned.The gentleman says, yes, there’s nothing wrong with it… i told him I wasn’t accepting it, that I wanted to talk to their manager, all of a sudden, I have three teenagers at the window, telling me how ridiculous it is that I wanted nice fresh food instead of taking the crumbled up bag. Needless to say, I talked to the manager and she proceeded to make everything right, except for when I got my food, the one burger was made right and fresh.The other one was smashed.

Worst customer service ever at this location, staff are rude, asked to pull over on drive thru no one came to give my food after 20 minutes I had to go again to get my food and food tasted so bad never again!!! Will not recommend!!! Stay away from this location!!!

11/5/24 This place is Trash ! Complete Garbage ! Egg 2nd day in row uncooked. Why have 2 lines in drive thru when you only have 1 person taking orders. I wait in one line and 3 people put orders in the other line and pass me and I was there first!? $9 hr max pay for these jokes. No robots yet to replace them? Can’t wait…
