I used to work here so no hate to this Mcdonalds.. the new manager is very rude. I walked in and was patiently waiting to place my order and was greeted with an attitude by the manager saying “use the kiosk, sorry” while waving me off and turning her back to me. I had cash to pay with but I decided to take my business elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend going here unless you want terrible customer service.

I only do the drive thru for breakfast ever now and then, but the line always moves fast and the food is very fresh. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to.

Finally the drive thru is open until midnight for all us afternoon shift folks. Pulled up at 11:05 pm and was told they’re closed an not serving. So your paying people to just stand there til midnight and not serving the crowd that your staying open until midnight for?

Just got 2 double cheeseburgers from here and 2 cheeseburgers, instead they gave me 4 cheeseburgers and still paid for the price of double cheeseburgers. Wasn’t busy at all so I don’t understand how someone messes up on that. Poor service in my eyes

I wish they were consistent with the way make the food & the fries are most time just warm unless you ask to make fresh with no salt. So many times have asked for a plain bun because I can’t eat the seeds, asked 3 x the other day & still got the burger with seeds on the bun .Had to drive back get another.. manger gave me a free meal card so that was good

Food was so old that my grilled chicken was grey. The fish sandwich bun was hard and the fish was not edible!! This is the 5the time I received old food or the wrong order. Do not go here!!!
