The cashier at the window, Sylvia, was very sweet! She was talkative and friendly, and even complimented me and my daughter! my daughter enjoyed the short conversation greatly, finding it as a pick-me-up. I enjoyed it as well. Very nice!

Stopped in to grab a quick bite and to be honest use the bathroom. How does an establishment like this only have one urinal and one stall? The baby changer in the stall seemed to be busted also. It was overall clean so that’s a plus. The restaurant is small and quiet but the food and service are adequate for what you are getting. Overall a 3 Star McDonald’s.

I have had several small things wrong with my order at this location and Im talking SMALL. Like really no fault to the workers. Today my app wasnt working and instead of just sending me off they went above and beyond to make sure I still got my deal. This team has a ‘customer service is key’ mentality and its honestly so refreshing. The people at the windows at this location are always the nicest people ever. I go out of my way to go to this McDonald’s. IYKYK.

11/03/2025 at 6:25 am i went through drive thru. I ordered big breakfast with hot cakes, a number one with large mango snoothie and 2 burritos. I get home to take first bag out to get to my big breakfast. In the bottim of the bag was the sausage patty. The big breakfast plastuc container was closed properly without the patty inside. Whatever i put the bag on in my vehicle clearly must be greese covered like the soaked through bag. I immediately tried to call but noone answered. This location always seems to attract bad hires.

I used the mobile app and redeemed 6000 points for a free QPC. Was told the code was invalid but the order taker said to show the person at the first window and it would be promo’d. I showed the employee the code and proved it was the mobile app and handed over my card. Quarter was no promo’d and I ended up paying $6 for a sandwich and lost 6000 points.

The picture speaks for itself, but ordered a quarter pounder with cheese add bacon , no pickle, no onion and got no bacon, with pickles and onions. It wouldn’t have been so bad if it hadn’t been right on the box. I paid 7 dollars for a completely incorrect order. My advice is to sit at the window and check your order.

Then told me to have a good day and I told her I’m I’m missing a kids meal she rolled her eyes and i watched her walk to rush the other crew to up snapping her fingers and I had to tell her I still needed my sauce get all the way home and one of the kids meals was missing there fries terrible she needs to slow down and double check what’s she doing
